The Prince's Passion: A Fake Engagement Royalty Romance Kindle Edition
I never expected my little brother's best friend to be so handsome.
As crown prince, I certainly have my pick of gorgeous men all drooling for so much as a glance. Daniel isn't like that. He was a little surprised about Ricard's royal lineage, but he's taken the shock well.
I wonder what else he can take with such grace.
Daniel
Why didn't my best friend ever tell me he was royalty? I don't think it'd have changed anything, but wow!
And wow! He's in debt up to his eyeballs to a bunch of very bad people. His brother seems like a good guy, though. Smart, fun, and incredibly good-looking. Is it out of bounds to have a crush on your buddy's brother?
I don't know, but I'm going to find out.
This 60,000 word novel is smoking hot, filled with royalty drama and sticky relationships. 18+ only. This material is intended for adults!

- Reviewed in the United States on September 20, 2019A prince in disguise, fighting for your life, love of family and a daring escape made this a fun read. The romance is like something straight out of a fairytale, but instead of a helpless character who needs rescuing, these characters rescue each other. I will definitely be checking out more by these authors.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2018Daniel and Ricard, his college roommate, leave the U.S. for Calonia, Ricard' s home after graduation.
Daniel has no family, and has paid for his tuitions by writing about his travels every college break including pictures and write-ups of the people and foods he finds that are of interest.
Daniel is surprised to find out Ricard is a Prince with two older brothers, one younger, a Queen & King for parents, and a Castle with staff for a home!
He finds out he does not fit in the first evening when he goes to dinner wearing his college best and meets Ricard's family at the formal dinner very under dressed, but politely greeted as Ricard's American friend.
As Daniel tries to fit in, finding clothes appear in his wardrobe, being scrutinized by the family and staff, starts trips walking into the nearest town to start a new travel review and to check if he has any family in that part of the world his grandparents and mother had mentioned.
Daniel is soon deeply enmeshed in Ricard's banking while at college, political and economic development with two other countries with interest in waterway access, and Prince Amand, who together with the King and the Crown Prince, are investigating who in the Castle is selling secrets that are are affecting their contractual discussions.
With this deep a setting, 3 countries, single men abound and there should be a follow-up!

- Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2018I loved this book so much from start to finish. This is my favorite book thus far from the dynamic duo. Do not miss out. After finding out that his buddy is a royal, Daniel arrives at the palace. He meets his very handsome older brother Amand and there is an instant attraction, however Amand is cool and suspicious of Daniel despite the attraction. Daniel soon finds out that his buddy is in financial trouble and is being blackmailed for information that would hurt the upcoming Royal trade agreement. Daniel soon himself in the midst of the turmoil. A must read. There is danger and intrigue and of course love.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2018what if you did not know your alleged best buddy is a prince?
surprising to you, since he always seemed to have money problems but expensive tastes.
what if you heard he might be guilty of getting funds through less than good means? now someone wants to know if you might be dirty too.
Daniel has a tangled web of family loyalties and betrayals to sift through.
steamy m/m romance as well as exotic adventure.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2018Both Amand and Daniel are fleshed out well written characters. The mix of political intrigue and the attraction between that grows at a good pace between them makes this a good story to spend time with. It is also interesting that Daniel's good friend kept information from him that put him in an interesting position. I enjoyed this story and look forward to more in the series. At least I am hoping for more!

- Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2018I received an ARC from the author.
I found the plot intriguing, both men admirable, and the fast-paced action was enjoyable.
The romance that built between the two men...was very slow paced and sweet...and totally accepted by everyone there.
The political intrigue was believable...especially in the world we live in now. Very well devised.
I especially loved the insight into the world of Calonia and the inhabitants of the castle and town. It was so believable I want to go visit!
Another wonderful book from Peter Styles.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love, love, love it!!
Daniel is the absolute sweetest man and Amand is doing his royal duty, which he believes means he can no longer be carefree or the real him. Peter Styles & J.P. Oliver have created a fantastic world of Calonia, brought to life through Daniel’s camera lens. The story will have you captured & captivated from start to finish. Through blackmail, kidnap attempts, threats & more, these two men manage to fall in love & find their self worth. I couldn’t put this book down till I found out if they got their HEA or not. Don’t miss this one!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great story
Enjoyed reading this story .It was an interesting story well told .
The only thing wrong with it was it kept me up until past 2.30 am when I was reading it .That hadn’t happened to me for many years.

4.0 out of 5 stars One of the best MM romance books I have read from any author
If you are seeking a credible story line with intriguing mystery and romantic setting rather than titillating porn masquerading as a novel, then look no further. The smouldering romance between Amand and Daniel against the romantic background of a small European principality - a la Liechtenstein blended with Monaco - delivers pleasurable reading at every turn. Add in mysterious forces generating political turmoil via blackmail (allusions to Russia?) a nerve exhilerating kidnap, ambush and gun battle and a successful search for long lost family connections and you have a romantic mystery novel that is very very difficult to put down - I couldn't, I read it straight through in one sitting. One star witheld because of several instances where an action or speech is obviously attributed to the wrong character which jars the flow of the storyline.
