    Each book in this series gets better and better! I’m addicted to this family of vampires! I think this one was the steamiest of them all! Roman and Lydia together is like throwing a match into a warehouse full of fireworks! This book was their story but we get so much more than just their story. And steamy scenes? CHECK!

    Roman is the head of the family. He is a bit of a hermit. He prefers a life of solitude. He has been married twice before in his over 500 years of life. Losing both wives to extreme circumstances, he has decided to distance his self from the world. That is until he went to the hospital to check on Lydia and found her fighting for her life against Dominic (he was the psycho from the first book that attempted to kill Lydia by draining her over and over again). Her fight sparked him back to life and he did all he could to protect her while she healed.

    Everyone feared Roman and knew him to be an uptight and mean person. So after Lydia woke up from her long coma, the family was more than shocked to see a new and improved Roman. He was laughing, smiling, and not as much of a –another word for donkey! Lydia seemed to bring out a side of Roman that no one had ever seen.

    We get lots more of the other characters from the first two books. I was really excited for a little more of Noah! I’m really hoping for more books for this series! We still need happy endings for Drew, Justin, Isaiah and Nathaniel! This book was truly great. I was on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen with Dominic. This series is great and I highly recommend it to everyone! #vampfangirlforlife

    Vampires Prefer Blondes by Cassandra Lawson is book three in the Psy-Vamp series. This book can be read as a stand alone book although the books are somewhat related. The author does a very good job with providing enough information so that you don't have to read the first two books in order to understand what's occurring in this third book.

    Overall, I enjoyed this book and did read it in one day. At times it was difficult to stay with it and not put it down due to some dialogue problems. The dialogue flowed easily and was done in way that did not confuse me. The book was written in first person, and that person changed often, but there was never any confusion as to who was speaking. However, the dialogue seemed staged to me. I found a lot of it to be unnecessary. It seemed to be used as a filler to make the book longer. It was during these times that I had to fight the temptation to stop reading. This is the only reason I gave it a 4 rating rather than a 5.

    The book was written well. The plot progressed smoothly. There were times that it went back in time, but it was done in a such a way that I always knew that it went back to the past, who it was talking about and why a look into the past was needed. The characters were well developed. I don't give away endings so you'll have to read the book to find out about the ending. I don't like books that rip your heart out so I will say that did not occur with this book. Even though the author is writing a book four, there is no cliffhanger.

    One thing about this book that I found refreshing is that the main characters did not jump into bed, have sex and then fall in love with one another. This was a process that was included in the plot. There was a lot of sexual innuendo between the two that was very hot! Once the love scenes did occur, they were rather explicit, a bit different, and very hot and so steamy!

    After reading this book, I have a new book boyfriend. Roman is dignified, handsome, dangerous, and knows how to bring his woman much pleasure in many ways. I would recommend this books to others, but I would suggest that they read the first two books first. I do plan on reading them next and then reading the other books in this series as they are released.

    This is the third in the Psy- Vamp series. It is not a stand alone . I do not read this genre on a regular bases. Truth is I have only read this authors work. I immediately became a major fan (after book1) of her work and will read anything she releases. This is with no doubt a 5 plus star book. Excellent continuation and expansion in this series. A storyline that is so interesting and captivating . Putting it down is almost impossible so that makes for a very quick entertaining read. No matter what the style of story or elements you are looking for- this one has it all. It is full of suspense , comedy, romance, action, drama, smooth reading, great editing, descriptive wording, and so much more. A more in depth knowledge is gained to help explain and provide details for the previous books. Oh and the characters!!! How well they are written. Personalities that just grab you. Whether you like them or not , you still have to know what happens. You get to reconnect with familiar roles and get introduced to some new. The dialogue is absolutely superb. Interaction at its best. This is just a well rounded excellent choice. Really can't say enough about this book, series, or author. I highly recommend!!!!!! AndreaAH

    I liked this one best out of the three stories...(even though having a slut for a heroine is no no for me)...only read the second one because it was free...then I had to read this one...I must say this series has the strangest vampire stories I have ever read...
