    Reaper is a force to be reckoned with. He has made a lot of sacrifices to be where he is today. He does not let very many people get close to him; his brother's, and Cecilia. Reaper has also climbed the ranks within the city. There is no one that would want to be on his bad side. However, this does not stop old ghosts from reappearing.

    When Cecilia was forced to go live with her dad, she never expected the monster that awaited her. The vile man had rage, and a penchant to put his hands where they did not belong. Her only saving grace? Ryan, and his friends; Poe, and Ash. As time went on, her life would be greatly impacted, and she would have a choice to make.

    This book was very well written. Clear, precise, with so much heat and excitement, I could not put it down. I loved how unforgiving, dominant, and tough Reaper was. He not only made sacrifices for his club, he made the biggest sacrifice of all, to protect his girl by letting her go. This is the best MC book I have read this year. Well done, Syn.

    I loved the storyline and the characters but I did not like who Reaper had become. Knowing all that Cecilias father had put her through and the way he treated her and Ryan treats her in almost the same manner when he gets her back. The possessiveness and the dominance of power made me want to slap Ryan in the head. Still a very good book and I will be reading many more books by this author .

But once the background was laid out it moved fairly quickly and in typical MC style. I like that characters from the Hellbound Lovers were in this story as well. I enjoy reading Crimson Syn MC books and I look forward to reading more of this series. I hope Poet's book is next.
