Remembering Love: An Accidental Pregnancy Romance Kindle Edition
He was one of the first things I saw when I woke up. He saved me. It's one of the things I'm able to retain, day to day. His name is Adam. He's a paramedic.
And he saved me.
There's something in the back of my mind that I can't touch, but I can't shake it, either. It's urgent, important, but I just can't quite... remember.
Adam
When I saw him lying there in that wreck, I thought he was a goner. I've seen people die from so many things, even when I hoped and prayed that they would live.
I didn't do either one for him, yet there he is. It's just too bad he has no idea who he is or what happened to cause such a nightmare. I think some part of him does remember, though, because when you ask there's that hint of guilt in his eyes that doesn't quite go away.
I don't know what game he's playing, or if he's playing one at all. Our mystery man keeps my attention more than any other patient I've wheeled in before, that's for sure.
This amnesia romance book features a mysterious man with a dark secret that could set his entire world on it's head. For adults only, please.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 10, 2018The book blurb tells the story a lot better than I could. We have two MC" and several side characters that enrich the story in my opinion. We have Adam recovering from a major car accident that took away a couple of years of his memories. Reece, an off-duty paramedic, saw and worked the accident and could not help being attracted to Adam in a non-stalkerish way. He spends time with Adam in the hospital while he was in a coma. Eventually, the attraction takes over. Reece and Adam along with his son, Billy 2 year old, began dating. Unfortunately, lingering thoughts of his past come trickling in and at times, he is at odds at who he was and who he is now. Throw in several co-workers that over the top nice to him and one who appears ticked off with him. This is a very entertaining read. It pulled me in at right off the bat. I like the way Austin writes: his sentence structure, word usage, and his imagination. I would recommend this book for an entertaining, slightly suspenseful and enjoyable read.

- Reviewed in the United States on August 24, 2020This is a story of an amnesia patient who awakens from a coma to see his savior only he doesn't remember anything or anyone. He gets dates and presidents wrong. He is covered in bandages and casts. He is in severe pain and horrified at his predicament & whom he couldn't remember.
The dedication his rescuing savior continued to show him was both surprising, confusing, and intriguing. He liked how well they got along even when he was trying to be stubbornly independent. His son was a fan. But he had secrets and when he began to remember those secrets he didn't feel worthy of his rescuer.
It's an ethical dilemma to become involved with a patient. But as a paramedic do all those same rules apply? And how do you tell your heart to quit beating uncontrollably around the guy you rescued? Even when he pushes you away you still have that strong desire to protect & care for him. It must be fate!
- Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2020Mr. Bates does it again! We have Reese, an accident victim with a case of amnesia and a lot of aches and hurts from a bad accident. He finally opens his eyes to fine Adam sitting there by his bedside and what a surprise that was. He has no idea as to who he is, where he is or why he is all banged up. But soon enough it all becomes clear, at least the banged up parts any way. Everything is explained to him and as time goes by Adam and Reese become closre and Reese gets to introduce his son Billy to Adam. I like how well they all get along. Their is some angst and some great side characters also. This book is a great read full of well developed characters, a plot line that flows effortlessly through out the story and ends with a happy ending. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and as always; I am looking forward to Mr. Bates next book. An avid reader in Rock Tavern, NY.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 10, 2018I really enjoyed this book. Adam is missing three years of memory when he meets and together falls in love with his rescuer Reese. Adam has trouble with his brain but not his instincts when it comes to flirting with the handsome Reese, I loved when Reese told Adam that Billy was part of the package and the boy would not be a problem. There inter action was great and the story flowed easily. There is a mystery included and the outcome is what karma is all about! Wonderful story and I will say give it a go, you won't regret it!
- Reviewed in the United States on September 10, 2018Adam and Reese are super sweet together. I like how Reese was drawn to Adam from the very beg and couldn't figure out why. He's devoted to his job, but he's never been attached to someone he saved until now. I like how he also accepted Adam's need for independence while still being there for him. His relationship with Billy with is adorable. Adam is a mess. He has lost his memories and he's seriously injured. I like that he powers his way through his fears and starts to live his life. The only issue that I have is when Adam's memories start coming back. His backstory felt a bit rushed and not really believable to me, but it didn't take away from the story, if anything it makes Reese even more amazing. Cute couple.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2018This was an awesome book. It deserves more than a five star rating. It had mystery, intrigue, danger, sex and love. This book filled all my expectations and more. What an great story! I love in the beginning he didn't remember his life at all. He wasn't aware the accident was planned to kill him. I didn't like his friend, l suspected he wasn't what he seemed. I would recommend this awesome mystery/drama to anyone who lived a who done it book. You would love, love, love this book! I granted you won't be disappointed! cynthiaarmstrong174@gmail.com
- Reviewed in the United States on September 18, 2018Trying to decide if he wants to be the man he can no longer remember or move forward. Problem being that that past doesn't want to let he go. Well written with loads of angst.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2018Healing through love and care, while free of memories and working on yourself as you recover, makes this story more than just a love story between Reese and Adam. It is also a chance for Adam to re-think who he is and how he wants his life to be. I like a second chance story because it is usually about more than the relationship with love and allows us all to think about the beauty of redemptive opportunities.

4.0 out of 5 stars Remember
Reese and Adam met when Reese rescued Adam after a car accident.
Reese as a paramedic wanted to make sure this guy recovered. He became a constant at his bedside until he recovered.
When Adam did wake from his coma , he lost two years of his life.
The story was engaging and a twist to the plot. Otherwise it was the same in the mpreg story lines.
