    The underbelly of prison life is well described by Simon King in many of his books. It is difficult to imagine the kind of living conditions he describes. How some humans evolve and others seems to continue to face life as angry self absorbed animals. Each book by King gives another glimpse of the dark side of some humanity.
    Excellent story, imaginative, creative characters, and definitely attention getting.

    First: Big suggestion.....please, please edit. The flow of the story is disrupted with trying to making sense of odd sentences. The vampire(?) theme is trite and not thought out. I read the first two novels and will not bother reading further. There are to many more interesting and creative authors to follow.
