5.0 out of 5 stars Keep a dozen copies at hand for those situations when you're dealing with someone who doesn't understand the basics

Scrum 101 is a great introduction to Agile and Scrum, covering all the basics and outlining the practical questions which arise day to day. I'm going to buy a dozen copies and keep them handy for the next time I'm Product Owner or ScrumMaster and need to explain Scrum to stakeholder or newbie.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great resource if you have Scrum questions

A great book for those who know the principles (or not!) but still have questions... we're all learning. As David Hicks taught me: “Scrum takes a couple of days to learn, a lifetime to master.” Absolutely true!
