    I started this months ago and thought that the writing didn't flow right so I closed it and moved on. I don't know why I came back but I am glad I did cause once you get past the intro, it gets better. I loved that this couple had a triad before and wanted to be in another after losing their partner. Shane was adorable and I'm glad there weren't any angsty monologues about being with two people.

    This was a sweet, but also hot read. We got to watch the growing connection between Shane and Davis, and the renewal of the friendship and connection between Shane and Conrad. Their chemistry as couples and as the triad was evident, and I loved how the triad was established and set with equal footing from the start. It had a good balance. It had more intimate scenes than the previous book, and while I would have loves to see more variety with their dynamic, and for Shane to not always be their focus, it was still hot. It is a shame the book was so short as there was potential to really see them grow further and also to see their dynamic relax around their family and friends. I look forward to reading Creed's story.

    Shane is an absolute cutie, clearly has a big crush on Conrad that’s lasted years, and flirts very sweetly. His parents sound like I might want to punch them.
