    Veterinary student Naomi Price has a very clear plan for her life, finish veterinary school while avoiding anything that could bring financial ruin to her life. In her mind, love is the first step to the end of everything she has worked so hard to achieve.

    Luka Petrovich is a dominant with a serious confidence problem. After a disastrous breakup with his stalker fiancé he has decided to take himself off the market. That is until he falls for Naomi, his sexy dog sitter. After a single sexual encounter with Luka, Naomi’s life disaster radar goes on high alert and she escapes to Las Vegas before she can fall even harder for Luka.

    Once in Vegas, Naomi is given a surprise night out at The Carnivore Club, Las Vegas’ newest and most exclusive BDSM club. She is to be paired with a dominant that most matches her kink compatibility. Luka is also forced by friends to attend the same club for a one night stand with a sub that is most compatible with his kinks. Both Luka and Naomi intend to bow out of the match, until they realize who their perfect match actually is.

    The characters in this one, especially the female characters, made for a really fun story. The Carnivore Club’s pint sized, submissive dungeon monitor was an absolute original and really made the story. I hope she gets her own book one day. The relationship between Naomi and Luka developed at a nice pace, with a few sizzling scenes. The BDSM was light, but still realistic and complimented the story well. I rated this one a solid 4 stars.

    This story starts out with a devilishly handsome dom and his dog sitter Naomi. After getting out of a terrible engagement to a fake stuck up woman that couldn't stand his need to dominate, he had his eyes on Naomi. Both of there needs got the best of them leading to sex. Naomi was falling for him, and couldn't let this keep going so she lied and said it would never work as she's not a submissive. In the mean time her friends both in the bdsm lifestyle decide to give her a much needed gift to Vegas to a new established bondage club. Naomi having a few lies on Luka needs to get away from him , and needs to enjoy this time. The club requests each dom and sub to fill out a card for a one night stand with the most compatible other. Luka has his own business going on in Vegas, and his lawyer , and friend decides this is what Luka needs to get out of this slump he's in. He wanted Naomi to submit to him more then anything, and was so disappointed she couldn't be what he needed her to be...Little does he know that Naomi is exactly what he needs, and payback for those lies comes back to bite her in the rear . I love Tara Quans writing style, this is a fun little read that definitely has its hot moments. I received this arc from the author, in return of an honest review.

    Luka Petrovich has already tried one non dominant/submissive relationship and it blew up in his face big time. Now, when he is finally getting back into a relationship with his dog sitter of all things she says the one thing she never thought would happen. She said she wasn't a submissive.
    Luka was a great character that was incredibly complex, and made the readers want to know more about him because of how involved he was and how much he went through and was willing to go through.
    Naomi Price has been working her butt off in order to make it through veterinary school. But one of the main sacrifices was the thoughts of ever having a relationship. Or being able to be a submissive and doing a scene for an extremely long time. But lying to Luka in order to keep her priorities straight was extremely hard.
    When some helpful friends decide to help each of them by giving them a dominant/submissive one night stand they just forgot to tell the blind daters. But when they come together as the people they truly are it all becomes truly magical.
    Loved this book as well as this author. She is a truly great short story writer.

    I seriously enjoyed this story. I thought it was fun and light but also had the right amount of BDSM and kink to it. The author does a phenomenal job of giving us enough of the main characters' backgrounds and personalities to allow you to feel like you're reading an actual story, not just a short story. She sets up the scene right away and lets us know the characters' motivations early on so that we can follow the story. She doesn't cram everything into the end and you also don't finish it feeling unsatisfied.

    I definitely would've read this story as a full length book but had no qualms with it being the length it was. I will definitely be looking for other books by this author.

    There are a few minor spelling errors but nothing too distracting. Also, this story is heavily focused on exhibitionism/voyeurism so if that's not your thing, you may have a hard time with this story.
