The Surrogate Omega: M/M Non-Shifter Alpha/Omega MPREG (Three Hearts Collection Book 1) Kindle Edition

4.4 out of 5 stars 791 ratings

If two are better than one... then three is best!

Alpha couple Richard and Dusty may not fit the world's sense of normal, but they have each other. As a graphic designer who works from home while his pilot husband is off flying the friendly skies, Dusty spends way too many hours alone. Hours spent longing for a family, the family that the orphaned alpha is sadly lacking.

Rich never wanted children, but after a decade with his husband, the alpha is ready to open his heart to a child. Even if children are sticky, dirty, and downright irritating, for the most part. Certainly his own child will be above all that. After all, isn't it all just a matter of proper parenting?

Josiah isn’t in the market for an alpha. He just needs to stay in forward motion and keep his eye on the prize as he juggles two jobs to raise his little sister who became his charge when their parents died. She's smart. Wicked smart. But her school is convinced she's too challenged, that she'll never be able to finish regular high school, let alone college, refusing to recognize she is brilliant though severely dyslexic. To get her the help she needs, Josiah needs money, and a lot of it.

Surrogacy seems his only option. He can't imagine doing it for just anyone, though, and soon, Dusty and Richard become more than just the daddies of the baby he's carrying...

This book is 80k of sweet heat as only Harper B. Cole and Susi Hawke can bring, but don't worry, it's not too...

This story has well developed main characters that you will come to enjoy as they grow. I like that there is a plot behind the “just find a mate” that really brings the story to life. You’re going to laugh so much at some of the antics. I can’t wait to read the next book in the collection.

    Dear Authors,
If the character Kai does not make an appearance in the next two books, we will fight. This story is filled with love, humor, and a few tears. I enjoyed every line, every character with their captivating growth. I can't wait to neglect all my responsibilities just to be lost in your creation, if only for 24 hours.

I was in the mood for some sweetness and I liked the idea of this one. A surrogate omega is a different take on the genre but it only stays different through half the book then it's back to normal.

I liked the characters, Sam was a sweet girl and I liked her spunk.
If the authors wanted to discourage people from ever drinking coffee from a Keurig or anything like that, it didn't work on me, I kinda want one now.

Was a bit much of the day to day stuff at the start, like miniscule daily routine things that didn't do much for the story. The drama was over the top and so obviously created to push the story forward instead of having Richard and Dusty working for what they wanted.

It was sweet, but it most likely won't stick with me further than this.

When Josiah decided to become a surrogate for Richard and Dusty his life was devoted to his little sister Sam. He was fierce in her defense that she needed the right school that would help her learn. The school would be costly and he makes the decision to become a surrogate. This story was very sweet but with life’s issues. So there was some drama, angst and above all love.
Richard and Dusty are married alphas with Dusty desperate to have a baby of their own. When they meet Josiah there is a connection that they never thought would develop.
This story had me laughing at times and there was some sadness but by the end the most important aspect of their lives was that they became one big happy family and of course a baby😍

I have to say, this was a nice change of pace. A lot of Omega and Alpha stories I’ve read in the past, the Omega is always treated like a secondary thing, not a person, a thing that Alphas use and tell them what to do and it turned me off from reading this kind of verse. But this story was cute, the Alphas were kind and caring and treated their Omega like he mattered. There were some editing issues I found and I’m not a fan of POV switching, and here there was 3 POVs it makes me feel exhausted but I’m glad it was POVs by chapter, which I can handle, overall a decent read and I hope everyone takes a chance to read.

When read that four of my favorite authors were writing together I had high hopes of a really good book. My hopes have not only come true they have been exceeded!! I
This trio is extraordinary. Rich and Dusty are an alpha couple in a long term very happy marriage. Their only disappointment is that because of their biology children are not possible. Dusty really wants to care for a child ,and is not picky about adoption. Rich is initially hesitant but comes around to a try at surrogacy .
Enter Josiah ,guardian of Samantha who is dyslexic, but misdiagnosed by her school system. Josiah needs to get her into a private ,expensive academy where she will thrive. With no real marketable skills and only his two, TWO ,jobs he turns to surrogacy till Sam's scholarships can begin next year.
The three meet and are a great fit and Josiah is excited to give the couple this gift.
More explanation will ruin the book for you as the authors build the story way better than I can.
    You will LOVE IT!!!
I read somewhere that this is the start of a series I can only hope that is true.

I loved the fact that Duddy and Papa Rich were a long standing couple. So often all the relationships are new. There was a history before the Omega, a history that both were mostly happy with.

    SPOILER
Skip this if you don’t want to know
Which is why I was so frustrated at the divorce. I got why, hand fasting did not require it and Josiah gave no input
    SPOILER OVER

I am sure some would not call it a spoiler, but just in case.

The Omega was destitute and the Alphas came into his life in an organic way. But so much was never explained. Like the apartment, no one upstairs noticed it? Or working? Same thing with Samantha, the pets and so on.

But I really enjoyed the book. It is a solid 4/5.

These two authors write really well together and I love the type of books that they write. This new series of Mpreg books is going to be more fun reading if this first book is any example. I really enjoyed reading how these three men ended up together and in love.

This book was super sweet. Samantha was probably my favourite character. If you guys ever do a spin off (when she's grown up) reverse harem or even MF for her, I'll be all over it the moment it's published.
I really loved how sweet the guys were to each other and I loved the family they built together.
