Tease is a steamy, standalone gay romance novel, with a happily ever after ending and no cliffhangers. It is set in the same world as Triumph and Trust and can be read as a standalone, though you may want to read then first to acquaint yourself with the world!

    I loved this book so much!!! I wanted to read straight though but was forced to adult and right after the incident before in knew of everyone was ok!! I loved the characters of Scottie and Trenton. I had read the previous books and wondered how I was going to like a book with him as the main character but when he came out and told Scottie that he loved him in front of everyone. That was my favorite scene! I highly recommend this book and this entire series!!

    These two have really taken to the enemies to lovers theme. It was so sweet seeing Scottie get his guy, he is so kind and sweet and I love that he always has a smile on his face even for the one he doesn't like. Trenton has always let his pride get in his way I really love that he finally got out of his own way to figure out what he wants. The two of them are so sweet together and everything that they each needed.

    I enjoyed this book and have enjoyed the series as a whole quite a book. This one was probably my least favorite but only because enemies to lovers is one of my least favorite premises. But then I love GFY so that was a plus. I did think the GFY aspect happened with less lead in/character thoughts than sometimes seen...I wanted him to be a bit more passionate about it if he was going to be making this big discovery. However overall still a very enjoyable read, I did like how they developed an unexpected friendship first, and also near the end when things weren't going well I think that was a realistic and relatable scenario of how people sometimes act when really they are just scared and need to communicate better. I really love the setting and secondary/previous characters that make this series feel like a community I'd love to live in. Overall a very good book and I enjoyed the series as a whole also!

    I have been enjoying this series, unfortunately this one just didn't hit the mark for me. This enemies to lovers along with I'm now gay story, I feel could have been a lot better.

    I felt that the sex was just added because the it felt like it had to be written but didn't mesh with the characters and their story. The first time having gay sex scene just seemed to advanced, their was no fumbling, nerves or anything. I am sorry but the first time having anal you would think these things would be present.

    It was nice to see the previous couples for the previous books and also a potential couple for another book.

    This was not my favorite but it is still a solid read and a nice addition to the Silver Lake series. There just seemed to be something missing for me but all in all I did enjoy it.

    I didn't think it could get any better after the last Silver Lake book came out but I was so wrong! This is a enemy to lover and first time gay so it has a little bit of everything in it. Trenton and Scottie both have coffee shops across from each other and they are both on opposite sides in the things happening in their town until Sasha had an accident then all bets were off the table. This is another great story from Avery and it is a not to miss enjoyable time in reading land.

    Have you ever come across a book where the MCs are completely different, butt heads all of the time, seem to have nothing in common, and the idea of them ever finding a HEA ending seems like an utter impossibility? Well, I did when I started reading this clever, fantastic, snarky, and sexy story by this talented author.
