    What's not to like about a big hunky cowboy and a blonde guy who wants to be dominated?
    Austin, TX and Bastrop, TX, and the blue Caribbean.
    Loved the intellectual banter, flirty fun, and certainly the hot sexy scenes with these two.
    Tad is a scorching hot guy, and each man is on the same track. Strait liked to play, so off they went. Strait, 30, seems older, a wealthy Ranch owner/inventor, strong, dark bearded sexy cowboy, just came from a funeral, and finds a cutie who wants what he can deliver, rough and intense dominant sexy times. He has Great Pyrenees dogs, one about to have a litter.
    Their one night turns into much more.
    Tad is in his 20s, is blonde and blue-eyed, who has a website -building business and his kinks. He's fun, happy and easy going, and was on the dive team in college. Ranch time is fun, grilling, swimming and sizzling sexiness.
    The private custom home in the gorgeous Caribbean has a private beach and boat. A heavenly retreat, relaxing, fun, private, and they can get to know each other better, with more deep sexy time, too.
    The personal space is Strait's refuge and thinking place, where his inventions come to life. Tad is drawn to the solitude also, because he loves being spoiled, wanted, and satisfied.
    He's the first man Strait has brought to see his people, and then family. Tad misunderstands an issue, but Strait hadn't explained something, so....
    Tad is perfect for Strait, and vice versa.
    A terrific story of love found and an HEA.

    This is a light hearted insta-love story. Two people have an instant attraction yet they still need to learn a lot about each other. Tad has needs and Strait has his moments of inventive focus. So as they spend time together each have and figure things out they get closer together.

    Tad and Strait just seemed to mesh from the beginning. Strait came to NY because of the death of his friend Dave and after the services he winds up in a gay bar to sooth his soul over his loss. Little does he know that Tad has noticed his stoic demeanor and is drawn to him. Tad sees in Strait the silent Dom attribute that he needs for the kinky side of his life and so Tad sets out to strength Strait's proclivities. He starts out by adding "Sir" to their conversations whenever possible. He sees that Strait is "grounded in the earth, a cowboy for sure, but happy and free-spirited too." Strait is not only a millionaire as far as fortunes go but also as far as family goes. The secondary characters added a lot of charm also: Mitch, Bart, and Bart, Homer, and Marge. This is an inst-love story with all the Texas appeal that Minerva is known for. It is a fun read. Here you have my ARC review given to me via GRR and which I write voluntarily.

    As a summer heat read, this is a lot of uncomplicated fun. I like Strait’s character, with that Texas edge, pockets of softness, and bits of unexplored kinkiness. He also seems a fair bit older and more mature than the stated 30. By comparison, Tad is less well formed with the main things known about him being his 2 friends (with-prior-benefits), enjoyment of swimming/diving, and his need for a companion with a firm hand. While the plot is little more than fantasy, it’s still enjoyable and worth the time for an escape.

    Tad and Strait we're a great match to me. I really enjoy the instalove thing and this book has it. The match between a play boy and a billionaire headed to a bar after a funeral worked for me. I really loved Tad and was happy to see him find someone to meet all his needs. Strait was unique but amazing. I really loved his friends and his personality. Plus the high heat when Tad and Strait came together was amazing and just worked. Seeing Strait become the dom Tad needed was super great and it was an awesome evolution of the character. Also the friends for both main characters just added to the story. I also loved the settings, both the ranch and island. The places were built amazingly. So between the heat, story telling, and world building this book has everything I look for. I would love more from this world and highly recommend this as a worthwhile read. I received an arc in exchange for my honest review of this book.

    Strait and Tad have chemistry from the moment they meet, and their relationship moves from hookup to commitment rapidly. There’s a slightly unfocused quality to the narrative as a whole, and I think it comes from not having much of a plot to speak of-- Strait and Tad hookup in a number of places (many of them luxurious and gorgeous) and eat a number of different things (all of them delicious) and that’s pretty much what they do-- they’re each familiar, and comfortable, with the lifestyles of the 1%, so trips to the megaranch and private island, while beautifully described, aren’t really sources of tension beyond evolutions of how they relate to each other physically and, to a certain extent, emotionally. There’s no angst to be found, which is satisfying in some ways and not so much others: the minimal issues they do have (Tad wants a Dom, so he figures out how to encourage Strait to be that for him, Strait can get lost in his work, so Tad figures out how to deal) are handled with care and maturity. Good for them? Definitely. Riveting to read about? Depends on what you’re looking for. Still, there’s a lot of satisfaction to be found here if you want a story about two level headed, well off people (Tad isn’t Strait’s level of rich, but he comes from money) going about a life of luxury. It’s a relaxing beach type read, with plenty of steam, and if that’s what you’re looking for, I’d say dive right in.

    MM contemporary insta attraction romance with kink, easy to read and a page-turner. Great characters, a sense of fun and some spanking, Tad knew what kind of man he wanted but hadn't managed to find him....till he saw Strait Masters sitting at the bar of his local that Friday night. Strait was one gorgeous cowboy but was he the perfect man for Tad. HEA.

    I was a bit disappointed in the story line. I was expecting more of a cowboy theme . Strait is a inventor not a rancher really. Nice love story , if a bit rushed.
