I like romance books, and I read quite a lot of them, but mostly, in rock star romance books, I don’t really relate to the protagonist. She’s often depicted as this super cool/super hot girl, and it’s hard to relate. In this book, we know a lot about the protagonist, and we also know what she wears, but we don’t know if she is tall or short, skinny or fat, etc. She is far from perfect, has her insecurities which are rooted in reality (unlike other romance books I read in which all the protagonist’s insecurities stem from a heart break in the past or a bad relationship with a father figure). So as I was reading, I could see myself in her which made the book much more appealing to me. Five stars for that.

This book comes from an anonymous author who seems to be new to the genre, I noticed it but wasn’t quick to read it. Then I decided to give it a try and am very happy I did.

The author takes us through the emotional journey of Kelsey, the protagonist, a journey that is like a roller coaster. With each additional chapter I read, it was as if I was peeling another layer on my way to finding who the guys really were, who Kelsey really was.

The author skillfully describes delicate emotional situations, conflicting wants, and deep and multilayered characters. I’ll be looking forward to reading more from this author.

Perhaps this is a new author? I didn't bother to research. The writing is bland, the editing is horrible, and the characters were boring. I had to force myself to finish. Not hot. Not suspenseful. I could not visualize any of the characters because there are zero descriptions of them other than Darren and his "photo" is on the cover!

I definitely liked this book. People who like rock star romance and love triangle romance will most probably be interested in reading “The Fall”. This book was very well written by Veronica Kingsley. It has a lovely recommended soundtrack list along with songs and authors, which I found it a very original idea. These songs give us a better feeling of the entire story. I give this book 5 stars.

This was totally amazing! <3 I couldn't put it down, and I absolutely loved the chemistry between the characters. The plot flowed easily, the characters were relatable, and I loved the whole book!

Well done, Ms. Kingsley! I absolutely loved it, and you should read this and give it a chance!

Easy to pick up, hard to put down. Kingsley hits the beats of the romance genre while also twisting character expectations enough to keep things unpredictable. Well done!

If you like the genre, this book is definitely for you. One confused girl, three hot rock stars...
The plot picks up early on as Kelsey moves back to her home town and falls into depression; then her life becomes entangled with the band and she goes through an emotional roller coaster. Won’t add spoilers here but there is a happy ending.
