Victor Hugo Barrera Arellano, también conocido como “VH 23”, nació el 1 de febrero de 1983 en Cuernavaca, Morelos, México. Desde los doce años jugaba a ser director, Productor y Escritor de Cine y Televisión, en dichos juegos, sus figuras de acción y juguetes de colección eran los protagonistas de sus historias. Fue así como surgió la Saga de los Héroes Mexicanos, cuya trama fue puesta sobre papel en el año 2000, cuando VH estudiaba la Preparatoria.

Para el 2003, VH ingresó a la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos (UAEM), en donde obtuvo los conocimientos necesarios para diseñar los perfiles adecuados para sus Héroes y crear nuevas historias como las Sagas: Tiempo y los Patriotas Mexicanos.

A partir de 2009, comenzó a registrar todas sus historias al momento en el Instituto Nacional del Derecho de Autor (INDAUTOR), con validez internacional y para 2010, escribió su primera historia en formato de novela de principio a fin; La Biblioteca Secreta: Evolución, obra en que la investigación, la fe, las sociedades secretas, la familia, la acción y la aventura juegan un papel fundamental.

Seis años después, VH decide auto publicar todas sus historias, escritas y registradas hasta ese momento, en formato de novela, en las modalidades eBook e impreso, tapa blanda.

Y desde el 2020, el autor comenzó a trabajar más en la difusión de su Universo Ficticio Literario participando en distintas Ferias Virtuales de libros (Tanto nacionales como internacionales), Mundiales de Escritores y Artistas, Entrevistas para distintos medios (nacionales e internacionales), e incluso, siendo aceptados algunos de sus relatos en Antologías sobre ciertas temáticas en particular.

Al día de hoy, VH lleva escritas 15 novelas, ha desarrollado 5 Sagas, 1 Precuela y espera muy pronto sorprender a sus lectores con más historias interesantes…

    La ciencia ficción que será una realidad dentro de muy pronto. No poseo las herramientas para cambiar el pasado, pero sé que el futuro puede ser muy prometedor o muy aterrador. Solamente hay una fuerza suprema en el universo que está pendiente a darnos una vida en abundancia, si escogemos creer.
