This theme comes from a lifetime of lessons learned on my own hard journey through the pains of poverty, the loss of more loved ones than I’d care to count, and the struggles of living through chronic illnesses. Life can be hard, but it can also be good! Through it all I’ve found that love, laughter, and family can make all the difference, and that’s what I try to bring to every tale I tell.

    like this spin in the shifter world, the author definitely manages to change things up for us. But the humor is there and so is the steamy scenes.

    Character breakdown;

    Clay: I liked the Portuguese alpha, he was funny, cheesy but stern without being a jerk. He was fun to read about.

    Nick: I liked that he was cocky but not overtly so. He was sassy and took things in stride. I especially appreciated that even though he was bratty it wasn't annoying. That was a plus plus in my book!

    I loved the ninja bunnies lol. Those were funny hope to see more of them in the coming books!

    Nick is the presidents son. Worrying about going to college, or maybe not. He meets Clay at a party and their instant connection is wonderful. What Nick doesn’t know is that Clay is a shifter and has a contract to kill the president. Clay knows they are mates and is rethinking the whole killing his mates father thing.

    This was a nice funny story about secrets, love, and killer bunnies. As usual the author has brought us into her imagination and creates the start of what should be a good series.

    I need to confess I did not get hooked by this story.

    I think was partially because of the “fofinho” stuff and the absurd ninja bunnies scenes. I just found them too silly for an assassin falling in love romantic story.

    Also, the book is so short that everything goes unexplained and shallow.

    It’s a book to read between heavy and complex ones so you rest your mind completely with the plot.
