-best friends brother -forbidden/ workplace romance -grumpy sunshine -pregnancy -found family Book five in the Sunnybrook Farms series and can be read as a standalone. I have loved this series so much! This family is amazing and I love how determined they are to support each other through anything. I have been so excited to read Andrew’s Story. From the beginning you can tell he’s struggling with his place. His love for his family is unmatched and his heart is so sweet and pure. Kelsey my heart felt for her. I can’t imagine experiencing what she did at the beginning and coming out as well on top. This was an amazing addition to this series and as always I loved seeing everyone from past books.

    Y’all. I am obsessed with this book. I literally just finished it and I wish I could read it for the first time all over again. The grumpy x sunshine dynamic between Andrew and Kelsey just can’t be beat! The banter was so great!

    I am a sucker for an age gap romance and this one really delivered. Andrew starts off as the ultimate grump but that changes so quickly when he realizes his feelings for his sister’s bestie! This man went full throttle into supporting and spoiling her. From taking care of her when she’s sick, to going to all of her doctor appointments, there is just so much to love about Andrew!

    He’s always felt that he needed to be amazing in order to deserve the love that his stepfather and siblings had always shown him. He doesn’t feel like he deserves to take of the family’s farm and that leads him to secretly competing as a bronco rider. When he gets injured, his family finds him the perfect live in nurse/physical therapist.

    Kelsey has just lost her boyfriend and dream career in the same day. Just when she begins to wallow, her friend asks her to take care of her grumpy older brother.

    Kelsey comes off as a sunshiny person but deep down she struggles with a complicated relationship with her mother. When she finds out some unexpected news, Andrew steps up immediately. Together, Andrew and Kelsey heal and start to dream of a future together.

    Andrew gets hurt in a rodeo thing.

    Kelsey is hired to be his physical therapist.

    I loved the characters, plot, twists and everything in the story.

    Her mom is a PIA! Always out to get something.

    Her ex is a piece of work too, scum bag!

    I loved the HEA.

    Kelsey’s world implodes the day she loses her dream job due to her cheating, selfish ex. For the last year, she had no clue she was the sidepiece until he dumps her and gets her fired in one fell swoop, then announces his engagement to the other woman. Not only was that her dream job, but it was also her dad’s favorite team so one of her few remaining connections to him. Despondent, she heads to her bestie’s small town for a temporary nurse gig, helping an injured cowboy recover from a bad night at the rodeo. The last thing she wants is a new man in her life, but Andrew isn’t like anyone else she’s ever met.

    Despite his initial grumpy demeanor, Kelsey can’t help but like the gruff, stoic man who hates needing her help. They become fast friends and it’s not long before he discovers that her cheerful, sunny exterior hides a lot of hurt and disappointment from her past. There’s no denying the attraction between them but this is her bestie’s much-older brother and that would be wrong, or so Kelsey tells herself, at first. These characters were so much fun and so real, I adored their story. Equal parts sweet, emotional and steamy, with a touch of suspense and a little angst, I was drawn in deeper with every turn of the page. There’s also a momzilla, an accidental pregnancy and a twist that had me doing a double-take and I loved everything about it.

    Andrew was a growly, possessive cowboy who knew he wanted Kelsey pretty quick, but he didn’t think he deserved her at first. He was hiding a little bit of vulnerability under that tough exterior but only for her. Kelsey was confident and fun, and I loved everything about her. And special shout-out, no third act breakup, which is always a favorite.

    In loved the MCs in this book, I thought there relationship was very cute. I did however think, for me, the transition from friends-ish to lovers was too quick. Once together I loved their interactions and the chemistry between them. Also the taboo surprise was not the kind I was expecting. I thought it was fun taboo surprise 😬 it was not. Overall a cute read!

    This was the last book in the sunny brook farms, it didn’t disappoint. I loved Andrew and Kelsey together.
    The story was great. There were some hot scenes and I loved this series a lot.

    Well, can I just say Andrew was definitely worth the wait. Who knew the big brother of Sunny Brook Farm would be such a sweetheart?!

    Andrew was head over heels for Kelsey very quickly in this book, and I loved it. He was so caring and sweet and downright dirty in the bedroom, amongst other places.

    Kelsey and Andrew have the perfect chemistry. I loved how natural their relationship felt.

    This book literally has it all. Small town, age gap, brothers best friend and more, and I was hooked from the very first page to the very last.

    I have been totally consumed by this series. It's so well written. All of the characters are so likeable, and it's just such a feel good series.
