This book too was great! I hope she even adds a couple more brides. She also added some of the last grooms and brides in the story. I love that we get to kind of keep up with past characters. Especially Mirielle and her mates! The tech she comes up with is fabulous. Read the Zandians Brides. You won't be disappointed.
I can't wait to start the next series and read more about those commanding Zandians!

I’ve loved all the Zandian books! There’s always a tie to previous books, each “bride/slave/mated pair” get a happy ending. However, there are still unresolved plot points the last book was released in June 2023, I don’t see a pending release. I hope we will either get a Zandian new series or finish out the current plots.

Rescued by the Zandian is the eighth book set within the Zandian Brides series, but could be read as a stand alone. Daven has been burned by humans before, but can’t leave wounded females behind. Sia has been abused by her previous masters, nothing more than a slave, but as memories start to return, can she trust Daven and her new life, or will her secrets and omissions tear apart all of her dreams?

Wow, this book had me at the edge of my seat from the very beginning and I couldn’t wait to see how everything would play out! Sia and Daven were a dynamite couple, full of passion and yearning for so much more, and yet so afraid to trust due to everything that had happened in their pasts. One of my favorite things about Sia was ultimately her bravery and courage, that no matter how scared of the outcome, she pushed through to defend not just herself and the other human women, but all of Zandia. Daven was determined to see the good in Sia, and while he could tell she wasn’t being fully honest, he still defended her the best ways that he could. Their relationship was full of steam, but my favorite parts of the book were watching them slowly open back up again and learning to trust one another with secrets and their hearts. I loved the drama in this book, with everything going on with her secrets and it felt like there was just a constant state of concern and tension in Zandia and with the females. I really enjoyed reading this book and I was thrilled to be back in this world! I hope there are more coming!

I missed this world. I love that we are back in it. Daven has been betrayed before by a human female but he still opens his heart and gives his trust to Sia. I love that he didn’t let his past dictate his future. Sia was incredibly strong and ended up falling in love with Daven. While I understood her not trusting him at first, he kept showing he could be trusted (and he gave her his trust). Her actions were not those of a partner. How she makes up for her betrayal is, but in this case I do wish she had made the choice herself to trust him (not done it due to circumstances). The epilogue was sweet and I’m hoping we see more from the other females (along with cameos of the original couples and their families).

I love this series, and I love love love this book.
Sia and Daven are great characters. Full of passion and mistrust.
Sia is a slave and when Daven finds her she is close to death. The attraction is immediate, but can she trust him when the truth about her and her friends comes out. She must protect them all.
Daven knows Sia is keeping secrets. His head tells him he can't trust her, but his heart says otherwise. His past has led him to mistrust all humans. Will Sia be different.
I love the back and forth between these characters. Sia is a true and honest character trying to do the best for everyone. Daven also only has everyone else's wellbeing at the front of his mind.
I love the character interactions, plot detail and narrative. A captivating story that had me engrossed.
I highly recommend this book, series and authors.
