    I am really enjoying this series and all the characters. I loved Easton and Charlotte's story. These two were made for each other. I loved catching up with characters from the previous book and anxiously await the next book.

    I read the first book in this trilogy through an ARC program and liked it enough to continue through KU. Although the beginning of the story is the same because all three of the women experience the same incident with the killing of one of their ex boyfriend. Since they are in danger for being witnesses, they are each taken to different locations with their own former SEAL bodyguard.
    Charlotte is taken to a resort in Florida to pose as newlyweds with her bodyguard, Easton. They are very different people but learn to appreciate each other’s skills and begin to enjoy their roles as a married couple. The chase continues as Easton tries to keep her safe.     Charlotte aka Emily and Easton meet when her and her two best friends witness a murder that was connected to the mafia and Easton is assigned as her bodyguard. He is not only an ex Navy Seal but also a co-owner of Aegis Security. Charlotte is thinking this is her lucky day when Easton shows up at her house to take her into hiding as her protector when she opens her door and there stands the most gorgeous Adonis of the male species she has ever seen. He tells her they are going to be heading to a resort and spa in Palm Springs, Florida and their cover story is they are newlyweds and are on their honeymoon. They work out the details in order to pull off this fake honeymoon in the eyes of everyone. But behind the closed hotel room door everything is strictly business. It doesn’t take long before Charlotte finds she is falling head over heels for her over protective bodyguard, but she also recognizes the fact and knows the danger he lives everyday is not something she could be a part of. Easton finds he is breaking all sorts of his own rules in regards to professional conduct with clients, this is not something he has ever done before. Makes him think he’s got a lot of thinking to do about what he wants for his future and he’s pretty positive he loves Charlotte and wants her In his tomorrows. Their journey has lots of turmoil, angst, trust issues, pain, anger, danger, guilt, attempted murder, murder, heartbreak, suspense, hope, love and acceptance while they are each and together seeking their HEA. Trust me, grab a nice comfortable chair, and a nice big cup of tea you are not going to want to budge until you reach the last word on the last page.     Let me start by saying that I’m dying to dig into the final book in this series because the first two have left me aching to find out how it will all turn out in the end. Easton and Charlotte gave me everything I love best about a fake relationship story: the drama, the angst, the tension. Added to that is all the intrigue and suspense of the mobsters out to kill them. This book gives us what was going on in Easton and Charlotte’s world while the events of first book took place and then continues on from there once the groups meet up. At the same time, we get to watch Easton and Charlotte figure out how to work together and eventually fall for one another. I was already invested in the previous book, so it didn’t take much for this story to pull me in and hold me captive. And now I really, really want to know how they resolve the situation.

    Charlotte and her friends witnessed a murder and now they need protection from the killer. Easton is a former Navy Seal and part owner of Aegis Protection who is charged with protecting Charlotte but the job takes a turn when he has to protect his heart.

    This was a good book with good characters. I look forward to reading the rest of this series.
