    A cozy read, if you like cozy to include lots of dying and vengeance.

    The way Romily collects people makes me wonder if he’s not human and just really well hidden (and ignorant of his nature). He could be a demigod or alien, or maybe he’s truly human and growing up an outsider results in a different perspective.

    tbh life is stressful y'all. but this book series is exactly what i needed to get a slice of something ridiculously silly and perfectly sweet (yes, sweet, even with the murder and mayhem). This series kinda reminds me of the hitman's guide series by alice winters but with paranormal twists. I also need to reread so i can guess which books Romily is reading bc they're all familiar lol. Great plot, lovable characters and just enough mystery to leave you guessing. Perfect weekend (or sick day) read.

And why do we have to wait so long for bellemy book why is everyone else getting a book before him??? I honestly don’t care about those other characters right now I want to see Bellamy’s story -_-

    I loved the first book, the concept was unusual and it's my first time reading with a mute narrator that didn't know any sign language.
    And that love continued in to the second book, though it took some time to get in to it again, because details get fussy and the narrating is special.

    Romily and Fox's love is still deep and growing, the loyalty to family is still strong and Bellamy is finding his place with his two fathers.
    So of course when Bellamy is in danger, everyone makes it their priority, from sugar daddies to gran pappies. I love them all in their weird little ways. And how people just gravitates towards them.
    Even a sweet himbo is suddenly there and being the perfect pupper.

    Can't ignore the cherubs either, they are a fun input in the series.

    I do wish there had been more development of the original plot, and I'm a bit bummed that it will be dragged out further than the three books that was planned.
    But it's not my first series it's happened in so I will live with it and come back for the next one.

    I could just learn sooo much from Romily, I like his aproach on life so much, he's possitive, hilarius, great at non verbal comunication, a bit crazy and loved his family so hard it's impossible not to love him back. The rest of the characters and the story is fantastic too, but Romily is definetly my fav. Looking forward the rest of the series. Thanks so much Jennifer!

    Yes, some scenes might be considered disgusting by some readers, but <b>give them a chance. It's so different, but the touch of humor is that the story is still PNR and not black drama. </b> The epilogue at the end gives us a feeling of HFN.

    I've been looking forward to the next book for a while now, but I'm not sure how long it will last. I was looking forward to Bellamy's book and I'm still hungry. <b>But so happy that the series continues. Cant wait for the next one <b>and the next one and the next one. I'm a fan for life
