    One of the Three Js finally falls! Johnny is a dark, moody man who turns into a possessive, down right dirty lover who will do anything for his woman. His woman is Tahlia the county ME who gets framed for taking a body from the morgue with all the evidence. Rafe set her up and Johnny is pissed. A road trip to Canada happens with Fox joining them along the way. I have loved watching the Three Js as the work for Rafe who’s evil incarnate and Cash who cares about his men and does right by them. Expect explosions, shoot outs, Takis, Funyuns, hikes, steam steam and more steam, and love.

    That was a wild ride. You have to watch whose perspective you're reading from our you will get confused. This book had a lot going on with various characters, but it was worth every minute.
    I still don't like Rafe-haven't since book two, but that's the character I feel the author is wanting to portray him as...I respect it.

    These books should be read in order. I jumped into the series with "IRIS" and am doing fine. Guilia does a great job of filling in so you know who is who. Johnny and Tahlia are an intense couple under very intense and confusing circumstances. Things get crazy, seem to be fixed, and then she leaves you waiting (hanging) for the next one in the series.

    I may have loved Rae’s chapter the most. I cannot wait until book 10. And I really really need to know where the Unkillable FNG is. And what’s happening with Jack.
    I honestly need a tree chart to follow Rafes thought process because that man is like the king of devious but I cannot wait to see how the overall series plot progresses.

And freaking Fox gotta love him passing out throwing knives to every female in the fold and beyond. Thalia will make a fantastic addition to the women keeping these men in line.

    Johnny and Tahlia's love story was amazing the sparks fly with just a glance. Johnny being the saviour.
    Johnny part of the 3J guys brought in by Rafe they do report to Cash as well but loyal to Rafe.
    An explosion occurs as a decoy was probably set up by Rafe.

    Taliah a medical examiner goes to the seen. Johnny is scouting the area looking for someone sees Taliah. Give him the idea to get an in with her.
    She gets set up for a missing body and the notes. Going to be arrested and Johnny helps her from going to jail by taking her and goes on the run.
    This had it all adventures and suspense not knowing what's next being in the run. The different emotions Almost getting killed. Jason one of the 3J was Johnny though out trying to fix the mess caused by Rafe.
    There were many funny situations you could not stop laughing other times you felt their pain fear love joy sadness etc.
    The secondary characters were a great part of the story. Fox appearing to help them. Of course Cash such a leader no man left behind motto. Always there for his men even the 3Js.
    Giulia thank you look forward to Duke and Rae.

    Starting off with bang, Assume the Position was non stop action and suspense. I was on the edge of my seat from the get go, not knowing what was going to happen next.

    The three J’s have had me intrigued throughout this series. They work for OPS but are still loyal to Rafe. These guys are a bit of mystery as you never know what they’re up to. They are always working both sides. So I was so excited to get Johnny and Tahlia’s story. It was another fantastic story for this series.
