Even as a child, Sundari absolutely loved the ‘lived happily ever after’ syndrome and she grew up on a steady diet of fairy tales, Phantom comics and Mandrake comics. It was always about good triumphing over evil and a happy ending after the protagonists surmounted all unexpected obstacles.

Once she entered her teens, Sundari switched her loyalties from fairy tales to Mills & Boon.     Love blooms between the banished Prince Vikramsimha and the runaway princess Sarvani in the midst of the jungle while they try to safeguard themselves against their enemies

    The story flows like a movie in front of you and the detailing helps you visualize every scene so clearly, you are taken back to the era of your childhood tales and feel like you are actually reading a graphic novel.

    This makes the whole experience of reading this book extremely interesting and exciting.

    Sundari Venkatraman's new series The Price - The Banished Prince - is the story of two people betrothed at a very tender age reuniting in an uncertain circumstance where the rogue Prince is aware of the surroundings whereas the Princess has no clue. The plotting by the step-brother leads the princess to run away from her kingdom and fortunately to meet her prince.  The encounter was scary as the princess was in a critical state and luckily the prince could save her. The brewing romance plus the chemistry they share has a spark. Their mission is to punish the culprit and eliminate all enemies plus crowning the princess. How will they succeed and what will be the princess's reaction when she comes to know the real identity of the prince?
