My Spirit-Filled Fiction Novels are Stories that Captivate the Imagination, Touch the Heart, Challenge the Mind, & Inspire Your Walk with God!
The Day Jesus Moved Next Door
A seemingly insignificant city becomes the focal point for a spiritual war when the Son of God moves into an old farmhouse on Summit Avenue. The darkness is not happy.
Inspired by Joshua, Piercing the Darkness, & my own novel, The Jesus Boy, this novel will touch your heart, make you laugh, & perhaps shed a tear or two.
This story may also inspire you in your faith walk with the LORD.
Shiloh's Rising
This epic begins the day after the Second Coming.
With the Eternal King's return, Eden is reborn. Those who enter the New Earth must find a way to move past their lives still anchored to Old Earth. Will the King's goodness & love be enough to bring the fallen children of Adam into eternal redemption?
This novel explores those who enter the Millennial Reign spanning continents & ten centuries bringing us to the edge of Eternity.
Get lost in the King's World.
The Jesus Boy
A seemingly insignificant teenage boy, Joshua Phillips, surrenders his will, his appetites, & his heart to the Holy Spirit. He suddenly finds himself the focal point as darkness comes against him seeking to extinguish his zeal & his closeness to the One.
Will the One within Him be strong enough to resist the temptations, the trials, & the troubles unleashed against him?

About the author

Sean writes what he calls Spirit-Filled Fiction, novels that display God as alive, personal, & powerful. His novels include "Shiloh's Rising," "The Jesus Boy," "The Day Jesus Moved Next Door," and his newest, a novelette entitled "Shiloh's Rising: The Song of the Cherubim." He's also compiled a short story collection, "Should the Oaks Fall: 11 Short Stories to Enliven the Heart," and an illustrated children's book, "Once Upon a Donkey."
Sean Elliot Russell's publishing began when his short stories appeared in North American magazines and newspapers including MATURE YEARS, SEEK, Focus on the Family's CLUBHOUSE JR, and the CAPPERS serial newspaper.
He has sought to grow as a writer and use his writing to inspire those on a journey with Christ, and those about to enter that journey.
On occasion, Sean also writes devotionals: "The Journey Home" and "30 Selah Moments with the Holy Spirit: God on the Move" (Acts 1-12 devotional).
Sean is now delving into creating journals that will impact peoples' spiritual walks with the Lord.
An army war vet of Desert Storm as an M1A1 main battle tanker, Sean later graduated with a Bachelor of Theology from a Foursquare Bible college in the USA. He resides in the UK. His interests include cooking, traveling, and watching old B&W films.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2025Well designed for elementary aged children that love sports and are religious. I especially appreciated the section to record daily nice things I did for someone every day. We need more kindness and this will pay it forward in our society.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2025Interesting attempt to integrate sports into a child's spiritual life. This would take a fair amount of cajoling on the part f a parent to gain the cooperation and enthusiasm to stay true to the objective of this exercise. Not likely that most kids would be dedicated to this without a significant push.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2024This is a unique approach to incorporating Christian faith with sports. Funny enough, my 8-year-old just started playing basketball and is also learning about her Christian faith and the Lord. This resource could not have come at a better time.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 5, 2024Beautiful way to nurture Christian Faith in Young Basketball Players! Quite Unique
- Reviewed in the United States on August 14, 2024This book is very interesting. It helps you teach your children about the Bible by combining basketball in a fun and creative way.
