Boss. Neighbor. Old enough to be Wilkie's dad. Or... Daddy?

When Wilkie discovers his to-be ex cheating on him, he packs and leaves. But he's now homeless, and without a job.

Enter King. Wilkie's too-handsome, too-hot new boss. Who also happens to be his "backdoor neighbor". What that means? Their bedroom windows face each other. Wilkie sees things he shouldn't. And so does King.

When Wilkie discovers his surprise pregnancy by his ex, he's horrified with himself. He needs someone and he doesn't know who to turn to.

King helps him. In King's arms, Wilkie feels safe. In King's arms, Wilkie feels treasured. In King's arms, Wilkie feels like... maybe he's not so tainted by his past anymore.

Despite King's promises, can Wilkie really trust his new Daddy not to walk out on him? Like every other alpha has?

Boss Daddy's Knots is a 75,000-word standalone non-shifter MPreg romance novel with BOTH kinds of knots, size difference, lots of hurt/comfort, and enough heat to redden your cheeks. HEA guaranteed!

Hello! Thank you for wondering about me. I’m a funny, dick-loving goofball with a surprisingly tolerant husband, and an ever-growing menagerie of stuffed animals and edible balls (in the garden). When I’m not busy writing (which is very rare), I can be found wrangling pests in the garden, or drawing copious amounts of peens!

I’ve been scribbling since I was fourteen, and I believe that everyone needs a safe place. My dorky guys fall in love, make mistakes, and sometimes they fumble a little before finding their way back into each other’s arms. :D

This book was worth the wait, I love the relationship between the two men, Wilkie, with all his insecurities, wants, needs to be touched and King with his patience, understanding and his life experience. I could not wait to read their story. There is something in this book we all can relate too one way or another. Beautiful written, the whole series is a must read, waiting for the next book, because once you learn about the people in Meadow falls, you want to hear their stories and how each of them found love. The Author knows how to draw you in and make it seem like you are actually there, she knows how to play your heart strings and make you go thru all the emotions of the characters, right along with them. The Meadow Street brothers will not leave you disappointed.

Another great addition to this series.
My heart just broke for poor Wilkie.
All he ever wanted was to be seen, appreciated and loved.
Unfortunately that lead him to make unwise choices concerning his partners.
His self-esteem was in the gutter when he accepted King's offer of help.
The way King took care of Wilkie was so damn sweet.
I loved how comfortable Wilkie felt with King and was able to be his bratty self which in turn brought out all of King's Daddy instincts.

I absolutely loved Wilkie's story! King is a perfect match for him. Great storyline and characters, I couldn't put it down. Lots of humor, angst, hot love scenes, and close friends and family. Can't wait to read the next book in the series.

This book was made into a daddy/boy book it seems just for the sake of being a daddy/boy book. I loved these characters and they had so much potential, only to then be put into this type of relationship that feels more like a fad daddy/boy, dondage dynamic then a real daddy/boy dynamic. Wilkie came into this realtionshiph after having been abused by pretty much every previous realtionshiph he had and being completely touch starved but then is tied up completely so he can't actually reciprocate during their first "intimate" moment. Though there isn't anything really intimate at all in any of these sex scenes, it's just sex. This type of dynamic is great in a lot of books but so many authors are adding them just for wow or steam and they don't fit the characters or storyline at all, how in the world can I believe that Wilkie is that hurt and lacking in self confidence only to have him be throwing himself at King begging to be tied up? It doesn't work and all those so called intimate moments where just as written" he ramed his c*ck into me" no intimacy or feelings at all. The most intimate moment was really King comforting Wilkie during the second storm. That's not to say King was unloving because he was very loving just not in any sort of believable way with the power dynamic of this book.

A damaged Omega and an Alpha who has his own issues dance around what seems to be a destined matching. They have to redefine the meaning of family and trust. An excellent addition to a series.

The second book in the Meadow Street Brothers was another interesting addition to the Meadowfalls town setting.

Wilkie has never had luck with any Alpha’s in his past, and this last Alpha, Terance, was the biggest jerk of all. Wilkie walked in on Terance having sex with another man and Wilkie packed and left as quickly as he could. Terance had lied to Wilkie all this time that Wilkie wasn’t the only one in Terance’s life and the man had begged and whine countless times that he finally coherence Wilkie to go bareback during one of his heats.

Terance’s excuse was he didn’t believe that Wilkie was unable to become slick during intercourse; Wilkie was always dry needing lubrication. He couldn’t help it if his body wouldn’t produce slick. Now he’s homeless and without a job because Wilkie had worked for Terance’s dad.

Wilkie needed a place to stay immediately, but he was too embarrassed to call his parents or his brother, so he texted his friend, Yaz, who lived the next street over from his brother’s house, and luckily she had a room for him to stay. His bedroom faced the backyard. Across the backyard was the neighbor’s back bedroom window.

This is when Wilkie gets his first good look at King when the man entered his bedroom with the light on and watched the man undress. King was broad, with large biceps and abs that definitely showed he worked out. Not only was his body hot but he was a gorgeous Alpha as well and he was much older than Wilkie. Wilkie didn’t know King was the father of his friend.

Well, as it turns out his friend, Yaz, her dad was looking for a cameraman and Wilkie had some experience in the field when he had been in film school and the man might just hire him on a trial basis. Yaz had wanted to quit anyway. When Yaz introduces Wilkie, the man is overcome with how tall King was and didn’t know he had been a famous basketball player for the New York Rockets.

These two men seemed very compatible despite the age difference. King knew Wilkie was pregnant right off, but Wilkie was clueless. They worked well together and King’s a sweetheart willing to claim Wilkie and the baby as his own. There was quite a bit of kinky sex too and it was King calling the shots. King just knew Wilkie wasn’t ready for King to take him. Wilkie wasn’t happy that King didn’t think he was ready for penetration. I loved King; he was very loving and caring towards Wilkie who really needed it.

Wilkie's lack of confidence and self-deprecation of himself, led him to constantly feared King would leave him. Even with all the wonderful things King said and showed Wilkie he still didn’t really trust in the relationship. So, throughout the book, Wilkie fought with his past failures with Alpha’s and his self-doubt that a man like King would find him attractive or interesting enough that the Alpha would stay with him for the long haul; Alpha’s always left.

But King wins Wilkie’s heart by the end and they find their HEA. This is a wonderful book to read and King and Wilkie make a great couple. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced read copy of this book.

Boss Daddy’s Knots is the second book in the Meadow Street Brother’s series by author Anna Wineheart. I loved a lot of things about this book.

I liked the cute titles to the chapters. I also loved the great character connection. I felt very engaged in this book which I loved a lot.

Wilkie and King has a great dynamic. Wilkie is sweet and loveable from the start. King is kind and fair. I liked that King is a leader and very smart. Shows in this story.

I loved how King was willing to help Wilkie no matter what. I also like that King lets Wilkie finally have his own voice in a relationship.

This is a super cute and sweet love story. I loved it. I cannot wait for more from this series in the future.

After meeting Wilkes in the first book I was looking forward to getting to know him more. I figured he was a little broken from events we heard about, but it was much deeper than that as we find out in this book. I loved watching him interact with King, and seeing King show him how he deserved to be treated and accepted. Conversely, Wilkie gives King a new lease on life, allowing him to be happy again after losing his wife and bondmate so many years earlier. The way their kink was introduced flowed well with the story, and was scorching hot! I loved Gage and Ulric together in book 1, but King and Wilkie had a greater chemistry and sexual connection that was palpable. My only complaint was I wished to see them interact with the rest of the group more - there weren't too many opportunities for us to see them accept Wilkes and King together, or for Wilkes to get to know them better too. Looking forward to more in the series, and exploring other works by this author.
