    I got Counting With Colorful Mushrooms for my 4-year-old granddaughter, and she absolutely loved it! She and her mom are big fans of looking for mushrooms when they are out camping, so this book felt extra special to her.

    The pictures are bright and fun, and the simple rhyming text makes it easy for little ones to follow along. It’s a great way to help kids learn both colors and how to count to ten. I appreciated how each of the "numbers" in the rhyme were also in the same color of the mushrooms that the author had on the page to count. It was an easy connection for little ones. My granddaughter stayed engaged the whole time we read it, and I loved how well it was put together. And of course, a little time spent learning count while also reading a fun story is always a win! Very interactive!

    It’s the perfect little book for quiet time or bedtime, and a fun learning tool too. Highly recommend for toddlers and preschoolers!
