    This book picks up right where Book 1 left off and gets right into the action, which I love. The seeds that were sown in Book 1 begin to grow fruit, and it’s not always a pretty sight. I continue to love this world but had some issues accepting the time line in this book. I also struggle to believe any society would turn over control of the entire colony to a 16-year-old kid and let him run with it. Despite some believability issues I thoroughly enjoyed this book and can’t wait to see where Book 3 is headed.

    I've only read the first two books of this series. And so far its amazing! I'm not going into the story. You have to read it yourself. But I will tell you there is romance, comedy, adventure, danger, action all rolled up in these two books. I will admit that in one part I cried like a baby right in my own living room. I couldn't stop. But eventually the story just brings you around again. They are unputdownable (is that a word?)! (It is now!)

Love the setting, the story line and especially the characters... cant help but love the kids and hope things turn out for them and their world... cant help but think that things are going to get even worse in book 3... highly recommend this series!

    Omg the ending !!! Loved this second book in the series ( there is a prequel too incase you've missed it, which sets out the story of how Askala became) . The book was fast moving and storyline flowed from character to character's individual story. I loved it . The four main characters evolve well and the drama surrounding them continues to grow as they follow different paths but emerging ones. I cant wait for book 3
