About the author

Best-selling author, Tina Gayle grew up not knowing what she wanted to be as an adult. Then someone asked her about her dream job, her answer, "I wanted to be a pretender."
So the job of writing books is the perfect job for her. She has a vivid imagination and enjoys creating new characters and heartbreaking situations that her readers can sympathize with as they root for the couple's love to blossom.
Before setting down with her computer, she worked in the corporate world as both an accountant and a programmer. Once her kids were born, she decided to give her dream of being a writer a try and loves to incorporate the heartaches, headaches, and fun of being a mother and a woman into my books.
Having finished her Executives Wives' Club series about four women who come together after the death of their husbands. She is working on finishing her Family Tree series...Summer's Growth and Fallen Leaves. (Paranormal Romantic Suspense) The last two Winter Wonders and Spring Rebirth will come out in the next two years.
She also has been playing around with short stories that tell the problems a number of Baby Boomers are experiencing.
When not writing, she enjoys spending time with my family and traveling around the country. She hasn't hit every state, but she hopes to someday. You might also catch her on the golf course with her husband of 30 years.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 23, 2013I grabbed CFO's AFFAIR as soon as it was out! As you can see, I've reviewed the first two books of the Executive Wives Club series. Each new widow engrossed me as a reader to see how she solves new challenges and recovers from the pain of losing a spouse.
In Tina Gayle's latest, CFO's AFFAIR, Sylvia Donovan has complications. Her daughter has left for college while new-widow-new-empty nester Sylvia begins a new job, meets a new man and discovers the identity of her dead husband's lover. Needless to say, her confidence hits rock-bottom. Regardless, CFO's AFFAIR is a heart-warming read, and I enjoyed Sylvia's relationship with Vince and also her widowed friends while sympathizing with her struggle to regain a balance.
Tina Gayle delivers another great read, and I'm already looking forward to the next book of The Executive Wives series.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 10, 2015What an emotional book. Sylvia Donovan a widow dealing with heartache of losing a spouse, a daughter who leaves for college, trying to keep a sense of humor, and Vince Wilshire a gentle man who wants a future with her. Talk about complications.
Sylvia is trying to move on as an empty nester, but she needs to tackle the mission of why her husband wanted a divorce and the identity of her dead husband's lover. This story shows Sylvia solving new challenges, recovering from each, while still struggling to regain her balance.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2016I was bored almost from page one. I kept reading, hoping it would get better, but not having read the other books in the series, I remained lost. A standalone novel means you don't have to read the others (if it's a series) to understand the one you're currently reading. Or maybe that's just MY definition.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2013I couldn't finish this. The main character seemed to be tripping over her own Louboutins, crying and clumsy and having conversations that made no sense. I know they say start where the story starts, but it doesn't hurt to say "She called her coworker. They had been having problems at the office and she wanted to know what she'd be facing." The ball was dropped so early in this one that I had little hope of improvement.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 4, 2013the story drew me in right from the start. Loved the heroine and how she faced her problems and her interactions with the hero.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 16, 2014This book was so emotional. I really liked how Vince stood by Sylvia and didn't give up on her. Sylvia was trying to move on and just couldn't until she found out why her husband wanted a divorce. It was heart breaking to hear what Wyoming was saying about Bob and Sylvia's marriage. This book took a twist toward the end. It was heartbreaking, but made Sylvia make a decision about where her life was going. I am looking forward to reading more of this series.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 3, 2016Can't stop reading this series. Love all the Executive Wives.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 6, 2013I enjoy reading Tina Gayle's books and I'm especially hooked on the Executive Wives Club series. Her latest CFO's Affair really hits home because it deals with the loss of a husband and all that entails--touching every aspect of your life. It's a book that deals with heartache, a daughter leaving for college, keeping a sense of humor and letting a new man tenderly lead the way to a new future. I highly recommend the book.
