Why? The Clinic is an advanced event whose technology is able to tap into one’s greatest traumas. And Caleb has more than his share of those.

Caleb’s last stay at The Clinic nearly killed him, and the forecast for his next visit appears even bleaker.

He will need all the help he can get to survive, and to perhaps finally see Noodle and those evil powers that be burn. And that help will come in many shapes and sizes, some friendly, some not so much. But if the “not so much” share a common enemy with Caleb . . . ?

A native of the Philadelphia area, Jeff has published multiple works in both fiction and non-fiction. In 2011 he was the recipient of the Red Adept Reviews Indie Award for Horror.

He currently lives in Pennsylvania with his wife Kelly and their cats Sammy, Bear, and Baby Girl.

What great ending to the Noodle’s series but hopefully not for Caleb!! Binged it all in one day.. sorry kids no adventures in odyssey and put in your ear muffs! lol. I’m kidding of course waited till I dropped them off. But Jeff… this needs to be the next Reacher series! I high recommend the entire series!!! Love it so much.

    This was my favorite book in the Caleb series!
    Book 3, Caleb: Return to Noodle left us in a bad place. I couldn't start book 4 soon enough! We get to see so many "foxes", as Mia would say. I had a love/hate feeling with regards to Mia and Sampson. But, Lina and her kids were enjoyable!

    Caleb is an assassin with a moral code. He won't take a job unless the target is evil. If you like Dexter, you'll LOVE Caleb!

    I'll give it 5 stars because of Jeff Menapaces' other books. I bought book 4 of the Noodle Series, but I'll be honest it's not one of my favs. I've enjoyed all his other reads very much. Noodle reminds me of Hunger Games and I was not a fan. I won't compare it to SQUID Game. I don't think it's to that extreme. Noodle series aren't bad, just not my thing. I feel extremely guilty for writing this. It's honesty or nothing. Can't help it!
