    This was a beautifully written book. Told from the POV of the main female character Millicent. Both the MFC and the MMC were relatable and believable. I enjoyed the writing style of this new to me author. The story drew me in very early, and I read it in one sitting. Being in the mind of Millicent was such an emotional trip! The heartfelt emotional ups and downs were so relatable and raw, I felt it coming off the page. It was a sweet story with some real heat. The side characters were also lovable. Also, I had no idea about the D&D roleplay and all it entails, but I think the author did a great job holding my interest in spite of that, as it was not overdone, but added to giving the reader insight into who Luke was. I always enjoy reading a smooth flow of a story, and this writer delivered, so I will be reading more from this author.

    I really enjoyed the authors two previous books and this one was no different! Both the MCs had issues to overcome and it was a bit frustrating to see them how they dance around things but growth was a big part of this story and it was nice to see them mature with time and one another. I loved that mostly everyone in their life was accepting and loving and supported them in their journey throughout the years. And I love a great sibling relationship!

    This story comes out March 23, 2023. The paperback March 9, 2023. This is a novel about life around a character named Millicent Gibson, she a woman that you have to read about. Her life relationships, and her family. The dynamic of love and who we love, whom we have sexual relations with. doesn't compare with the heart wants, you have to read the wonderful Characters that in the novel. I enjoyed the loving plot of the story. Find out who is Luke!

    I enjoyed the family dynamics, it was refreshing to see easy going, caring relationships. A lot of Dungeon & Dragon references. I know nothing about D&D, but it was OK, I could follow along for the most part. The main characters were endearing and likeable. An engaging, easy read.
