I have been having success before I purchased this book. I hope it will help me stay successful and not get bored with the food by adding variety. You have to get pretty creative when you eat mostly meat, lol. Enjoy the ready.

So much so that the entire first chapter is dedicated to eating and what to expect while on this diet. I like the fact that the recipes are simple. It also has nutritional information for each recipe. The recipes are not complicated and there's a wide variety.
The only things I didn't like about the cookbook is you get one full chapter about the explanation to this diet. I got bored with it but I think this is just a preference. Second, is none of the recipes have any pictures. I viewed this on the Kindle so maybe the print version has pictures? However, I don't know if this is a Kindle thing or an author deal, but I believe that the pictures should be included with the Kindle version.
Again, this is also just a preference.
I liked this cookbook and what's funny is I didn't realize I was already on the carnivore diet simply by the way I cook. It's a good cookbook.

The book does a fantastic job explaining the history and benefits of the diet, while offering recipes. My whole family loved the Carnivore Mac 'n' Cheese! I’m excited to try the Crustless Cheese and Bacon Quiche next! One major downside: the recipes don't have pictures! I would’ve loved to see what these meals look like, but the delicious recipes more than make up for it.
