    Since I decided to start my Carnivore diet journey, I was looking for a book that would teach me how to do that. I'm glad I found this book because it gives a thorough guide, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and treat recipes. It also relates to the significant transition to the Carnivore diet because it's a journey that requires both mental and physical preparation. After reading this book, I believe that I will succeed in my Carnivore diet journey.

    This is a good cookbook that's filled with a lot of information. So much so that the entire first chapter is dedicated to eating and what to expect while on this diet. I like the fact that the recipes are simple. It also has nutritional information for each recipe. The recipes are not complicated and there's a wide variety. 

    The only things I didn't like about the cookbook is you get one full chapter about the explanation to this diet. I got bored with it but I think this is just a preference. Second, is none of the recipes have any pictures. I viewed this on the Kindle so maybe the print version has pictures? However, I don't know if this is a Kindle thing or an author deal, but I believe that the pictures should be included with the Kindle version. 

    Again, this is also just a preference. 

    I liked this cookbook and what's funny is I didn't realize I was already on the carnivore diet simply by the way I cook.  It's a good cookbook.

It’s a valuable resource whether you're new to carnivore eating or looking to deepen your understanding.

    This is a very interesting book, much more than just a cookbook. The author goes into fairly detailed explanations of how the carnivore diet works physiologically. He addresses, point by point, some common concerns about the viability of the diet, which I appreciated. For example, I did not understand the role of broth and organ meats for the nutrient values. I also liked that he talks about easing into the diet gradually, and how to do so. There are also a whole bunch of recipes, using lots of different kinds of meats. Very interesting.

    This Carnivore Diet Cookbook explains this way of eating and health benefits in a clear and simple way. I started this lifestyle a few weeks ago, but I do not have a lot of time to cook and prepare elaborate recipes-so it is getting boring fast. This cookbook has great basic recipes that are easy to make and they use also use basic ingredients, which I appreciate very much! I am excited to try the egg and sausage muffins/cups, crustless pizzas, and the awesome variety of sauces. I highly recommend this book for beginners-it is a great place to start!

    First, what I liked about this book: it has okay layout, and recipes written pretty accurate and with many details - how exactly to make this or that. Recipes themselves also okay, nothing crazy, but some of them are interesting. And now the main BUT: The book contains ZERO images of meals. Zero illustrations for recipes. Zero infographics.
    The cookbook should be with images. Nothing to discuss here.

    I was always curious about carnivore but struggled to find recipes. This book solves that issue.
    Not only that, but it also provides plenty of scientific references to support the diet and offer arguments against common misconceptions.
    I already tried one of the recipes and it was great!

    What a great cookbook this is! The importance of eating various types of meat with delectable dishes encourages us to cook something for our loved ones. Colourful pictures would have made this book even better, nevertheless it is quite good.

Ive been on a very low carb keto diet for a while now and am making the jump to a full carnivore diet so this book will come in very handy to come back to and vary daily recipes.
