    Confronting Fate is the prequel to Luna Ascending by Zana Wilder. This short story gives you a quick look into the characters of the series as well as some explanation between Liz and Tavey. Liz is a fierce cougar who gets thrown off her game when she meets Tavey. Tavey is about to become the Beta of his pack. Everything that should push the two of them apart ends up pushing them together. I also thought that this story was easy to follow and was such a quick read.

    I love prequels. They give us much needed information as to why some characters are how they are. Tavey and Liz are not looking for a mate. He is focused on his role in the pack/pride. She just wants one-night stands and bit hard nosed. He is more... loving. Can he focus on his Beta roll and gain her love? Will she break her one-tight rule? Read and see!

    loved it !!! what a prequel !!! love Liz and Tavey... this is their story... a fast paced short story... Tavey is ready to be the Beta of his pack... Liz just wants one night stands... Tavey wants so much more... fate keeps pushing them together.. what does it mean ? can Liz change ? so good !!!
