Kristine Dugger is an upcoming contemporary romance novelist. She resides in Papillion, NE (suburb of Omaha, NE). Damaged is her first published book. This was dream come true for Kristine. Writing has always been a passion of hers. Kristine has a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Health Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.     The concept of this book is really good. I loved watching the relationship between Lennox and Vivienne grow and blossom.
    The major issue that I had with this book was there seemed to be a couple plot hole issues and it seems like it was translated from a different language, almost rushed through. I think cleaned up this HEA would be great.

    This was interesting, but I found it lacked enough true emotion until the end. Vivienne was a divorcee who met a younger man, Lennox, while traveling for work. She was willing to take some chances to spend time with him though they had half a country between them. Lennox was more willing to see where their relationship would go. Complications included teenage children, an ex-husband, a job promotion, and following dreams. The story was good but could have been a bit more emotionally grabbing.

    I received a copy of this story through Enticing Journey Book Promotions, and this is my unsolicited review.

    Vivienne is a divorced mom with 2 kids, and Lennox is a sexy alpha workaholic. When Vivienne is going to her friend’s wedding, she meets Lennox at the airport, and they instantly connect which leads to more as they are staying at the same hotel. The chemistry between them is intense, but can they service a long-distance relationship, as well as being an older woman / younger man scenario. This is a well written tale which is a fun, entertaining, and a steamy read, with heartbreak and witty bater which all lead to a humorous and heartfelt tale. I look forward to reading more from this author and highly recommend her work for all readers.
