Is there a way for love to conquer all?
Danger’s Heir is the third book in the Trinity Masters: The Mafia series. I suggest reading the books in order. Rodrigo is deep undercover, when his father tells him he’s going to get married. Casson is his extraction contact, but with Giada’s help, Rodrigo could gain his father’s trust, finally, and stop his operation from the inside. But as the marriage looms closer, their time together is up because nothing in this relationship is true or allowed. Is there a way for love to conquer all, or is this relationship doomed from the beginning?
Oh. My. Gosh. You must read this series. Right now. And bring tissues, because goodness, I cried so hard reading this book! I seriously had no idea how Giada, Casson, and Rodrigo were going to work, because you know from the very beginning that they’re not supposed to! But they do! And it’s glorious! And you can’t help but swoon and cheer and pray that they can find a way. I feel like my heart broke for these characters, but it was so worth it in the end! Sooo good! 10/5 stars, for sure! I feel like it’s even better if you’ve been reading this series for a while, because Rodrigo’s involvement and HEA is that much more meaningful! Giada is just pure amazing! She is so strong, but willing to submit. She is a natural leader, but continues to build others up around her. I LOVED her character, especially that even though she is mafia princess, she still believed in true love! Rodrigo just made me want to gather him up and hug him. He was constantly between a rock and a hard place in his decisions, and I loved his devotion to his relationship. Casson was unique, as he’s the one with all of the details, and I didn’t want to like him because of his role, but couldn’t help but swoon with the ways that he could be the in between for Giada and Rodrigo. They were just so perfect for each other! Love! Love! Love! The drama and danger elements of this story were just as important and I seriously felt like I was on the edge of my seat from page one! Get this book! Start at the beginning of the mafia series! It’s so worth the emotional journey!
