Decaying Days Grieve: The Decaying Days trilogy book 3 Kindle Edition

4.6 out of 5 stars 3 ratings

There were no monsters on the island before they arrived, but they’ve brought more than one with them.

What remains of the Odd Blockers make it to Tyde’s tropical paradise... and so do the Brutes.
The mastermind behind the outbreak also stakes her claim on the island, and plots to eradicate the last known link to a cure.

James and Graham make some progress with the cure, and with the help of the recovered Mushroom-men, they start to retake their city.
Brutus shows more of his true nature to Claire, and she fears for her life, and her unborn child’s.

The Odd Blockers are protectors, they are builders, and creators. They deserve the peace the island offers, but they will be tested, and they will know great loss.

Rachael Boucker doesn't know how she got on this planet, and she sure as celibate, shelved Seans doesn't know how to get off it.

She's settled in the Forest of Dean UK, a hub for peculiar beings, with her human Richard (enslaved in a long term relationship) and three hybrid semi-sentient miniatures.

With a tentative connection to the hive mind, Rachael listens in on strange stories spanning multiple dimensions, and passes these eavesdroppings off as fiction, mostly horror and fantasy. Sci-fi can be triggering, dredging up memories of the spacebound life she left behind, but she does occasionally indulge in this genre. Look out for her Night Order dark fantasy series, being published by Eerie River Publishing.

The exciting conclusion to the decaying dead k did not disappoint. Edge of the seat action and heartbreaking interactions. Showing the human and mutant condition, the good the bad and the downright evil. Not to mention the flat out crazy, just about as real as headlines. The light at the end of the tunnel is all that keeps the reader from despair. Loved this trilogy and hated to see it end.
