    I thought no one could surpass Shane in book boyfriend territory until Max’s story. Max and Oakley were amazing and I loved him being her knight in shining armor and her defending him as his…knight in shining armor? (Is it the same for men and women? I’m going with it.) Max was just so sweet and I loved him wanting normal and her wanting extra spice and seeing them find their way together. I wanted to beat Shane for the things he said about Oakley, because common sense man! Obviously she meant something for him to bring her to his own room at the club. Dani figured it out within seconds. Max never ever gave him crap about Dani. He was supportive from the beginning and treated her with nothing but respect from the first moment, so now Max is my favorite over Shane…lol! Great book! Aubrey Bondurant has now become an author I will read anything she writes. Loved this duet sooo much! 💜

    Max co owns an exclusive sex club. He has his sister’s wedding to go to that he was not looking forward too. His dad did not like the fact that Max dropped out of law school to own a club.
    Oakley is the best friend of Max’ sister and she is the maid of honor in her wedding. She had been set up with Shawn and gone out with him on a couple of dates. When he suggested they shared a room at the wedding she was not thrilled but agreed.
    On the way to the wedding Oakley was stranded on the side of the road by her date because she had complained about his driving. Luckily a stranger stopped to see if she was ok and it happened to be Max, the brides brother. Max couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw Oakley on the side of the road. Now he is taking her to the wedding. When they got to the hotel Oakley didn’t want to stay with her date as planned so Max offered to share his room only problem is, that there is only one bed.

    romantic or will their secrets ruin it before it even starts.
    OMG I love Max!! The chemistry between him and Oakley is through the roof.

    Max is the co owner of a sex club and like his business partner his choice of work doesn’t sit well with his family, we start with him been invited to his sister wedding.

    Oakley is best friends with Max’s sister and made of honour these two meet again after Oakley date shows his true colours and leaves her on the roadside on the motorway and you guess the man in shining amour is Max.

    There characters are a joy to read Max showing his vulnerability and Oakley allowing herself to have what she wants.

    A hot read in places another great book by Aubrey 4⭐️
