    Sarah Bradley, a free-spirited fun-loving woman meets personal trainer and swoon-worthy hero Jackson Ember. Their mutual attraction kicks off Persephone Autumn's latest novel. Their chemistry lights up the pages and builds quickly. Sarah must learn to balance her past, her job, and her friends while Jackson dives in whole-hearted.

    However, all is not rosy in their path. In Distorted Devotion, Persephone expands her expertise with romance by layering in a healthy dose of white-knuckle suspense.

    While Jackson's unspoken devotion is shown in his action, there is another unknown element also fascinated with Sarah. This individual has a distorted devotion which if successful could ruin everything.

    This page-turner will have you swooning with sweet romantic moments one chapter and holding your kindle tight when the tensions build the next.
    Persephone builds a wonderfully layered world, with many characters worthy of books of their own - hint, hint. Distorted Devotion is book one in a new series. I'm not sure what's next but I vote for a Liz novel.

    This is the first book by this author and it made me smolder!

    This story has all the hallmarks of a good romantic thriller, it's got the heat, the heart, mystery and thrilling action!

    This is the story of Sarah and Jackson.

    Sarah is boho chic! She is happy with her world of friends. She thinks her world is fulfilled and then she meets Jackson and realizes that her soul is calling out to him. When her world start to crumble and she feels vulnerable and scared she relies on both her best friends and Jackson to help her through.

    Jackson is a true swoony hero, he is what every alpha should be.  He is there when Sarah needs him and knows when to step back and let her shine on her own.

    This story has a mystery that kept me guessing until the very end!  The hints and innuendos that Ms. Autumn relayed throughout the story had me thinking it's this character or nope, no, it's this character! So, so good!

    I can't wait to see what she comes out with next!!

    Sarah has everything she wants in life; great friends who she spends much of her time with and a budding new romance with Jackson, a sexy new acquaintance she met at a party. Sarah describes her life as perfect until a delivery of flowers shows up at her work with a disturbing note. Her world flips on it's axis. Who is lurking in the shadows around her?
    Distorted Devotion started off slow for me. I had trouble pin pointing what was missing for me. I finally realized it was depth. Persephone did well introducing all the characters in Sarah's world but in doing so, she took depth from Sarah and Jackson's personalities and lives.
    That is my only complaint because wow, the writing in this book is beautiful. Persephone strings worlds together like poetry. The ending of this romantic thriller not only took me by surprise (who the stalker was), but I got the depth from the story I had been craving all along.

    Very well written book by Persephone Autumn, hard to put down. Romance cocktail with a shot of suspense.

    Sarah a beautiful single woman who loves to have fun with her friends. Sarah runs into Jackson at her apartment briefly but fate puts them in each other's path again when Sarah and her friends host a party.
    Jackson notices a man hanging close by Sarah at the party, Sarah hasn't noticed him.

    Sarah has an extremely close relationship with one of her girlfriends, but Sarah and Jackson start seeing each other exclusively.

    Sarah starts getting weird messages and flowers from someone watching her.
    Sarah is scared and Jackson is with her every step of the way, as are her friends when they find out. Will Sarah and Jackson figure out who the creep is that that's sending her threatening messages? Will this drama end up being too much for a budding relationship?
