About the author

Born in the Mid-West (USA), Margo started her world travels at age 15 when she moved with her family to the Middle East. Later in life she re-traced her Italian roots and claimed dual citizenship. She never lost her love of travel and cultures; she has lived in 6 countries on 3 continents and has now found her home in beautiful Switzerland with her family of 6. Her company Coaching Without Borders GmbH is based here, though she works around the world, delivering Leadership Development programs and doing 1:1 coaching with executives from some of the world's top companies with her team of coaches. She is particularly passionate about developing women leaders and working with clients in multi-cultural contexts. Her wish for all of her clients is not only that they become better leaders, but that through working with her, they also increase the quality of their lives and happiness by having more emotional courage.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love it! Useful and concise
Not every book about self improvement goes to the point and skips the unnecessary stories they tell you about the topic to land an idea.
Margo goes to the point from the first moment and in a language that is precise and yet easy and warm, accompanies you to make sense of the ideas, while also gives you exercise for immediate application.
I am amazed at the capacity of the author to synthesize and to add value to a topic that is so crucial for anybody, gender and age.
Love it!

5.0 out of 5 stars An insightful and practical guide to cultivating professional and personal confidence
We hear a lot about the role confidence has to play in our personal and professional lives, but this book gives us actual strategies to develop and tune in to a feeling of confidence in the moments when we need it.
The author has broken down something as enigmatic as 'confidence' into four accessible channels, and injected the topic with her own sense of fun, and personal stories, so that reading it feels like you're having a conversation with her. A thoroughly good read!
