About the authors
I was born in Hull and I've loved books from an early age. I read English at The University of Hull before graduating in Social Sciences with The Open University. I'm really pleased that Hull won the U.K. City of Culture 2017 as I saw what it did for Liverpool.
I never thought I'd write poetry. But I was drawn to a book on Haiku in 2014. I started working with this form towards the end of that year. I had 'Hearts of the matter' commended in a National Magazine. Some of my other poems appear in a 2016 International anthology with all proceeds to Rescue animals.
In 2018, I've contributed to the album 'Safe and warm' by 'Musicians for homeless' with a monologue kindly read by the actor Ian Ralph. Please support those less fortunate.
WINNER: November 2019 - 'The Hermit' - Blue Animal Literature @BlueLiterature .
Poetry can be just as weighty as a novel. It's condensed but not watered down. I'm currently working on fiction projects. Short stories and poems have appeared in The Horror Tree: Trembling With Fear, Penumbric Speculative Fiction Magazine, Aphotic Realm, Rune Bear, Detritus, Fiction Kitchen Berlin, The Cabinet of Heed, Nymphs, Spelk, Eerie River, Dodging The Rain, InkPantry, Red Cape Publishing and more.
I hope you enjoy reading the fictions and poems as much as I did shaping them.
Horror Anthologies:
Red Cape Publishing - 'A - Z of Horror': Aliens through to Genies.
Eerie River Publishing
Nocturnal Sirens Publishing

Author of twisted horror tales as well as innovative science fiction and epic fantasy stories. Chisto is a genre author with an unstoppable imagination who writes 7 days a week and tries to write at least one story or chapter every single day. It's his biggest passion. The only thing that means as much as his writing is being a dad to his awesome kids. He also dabbles in art and music and being an interesting person. His fiance refers to his dog as his other girlfriend. His baby refers to him as urrrrghhaaaa. People that know him share the opinion that he's a little crazy and he doesn't necessarily disagree with them. It makes for good art. He loves hearing from people that enjoy his work. He loves networking and connecting with authors, artists, publishers, agents, and readers. He is living his dream and recommends that you go live yours and be your best self. It's the key to happiness.
Peter lives with his wife and five children in a small town in Sussex, England. For as long as he can remember it had always been an ambition to complete a novel and, after the success of his debut, The Broken Doll, it has been fantastic to have the opportunity to turn a hobby into a new career. Since the release of The Broken Doll in February 2017, Peter has released the follow-up novel, Shattered Pieces, as well as seven collections of short horror stories, a horror novella, and three children's books. Peter has had work published in numerous anthologies, is the Editor-in-Chief of Indie Writers Review, and is the co-founder of Red Cape Publishing.
Holley Cornetto is a writer, librarian, professor, book reviewer, and transplanted southerner who now calls New Jersey home. In 2020, she was awarded a grant from the Ladies of Horror Fiction. In addition to writing The Horror Tree’s weekly newsletter, she regularly reviews for Booklist, Ginger Nuts of Horror, and The Horror Tree. She teaches creative writing in the online MFA program at Southern New Hampshire University. Find her on Twitter @HLCornetto.

5.0 out of 5 stars Demons, Gore and Ghosts
Format: KindleVerified PurchaseAnother solid and fantastically fun anthology from Red Cape. Sometimes brutal, scarey and packed with ghouls and gore is what you want from a collection where exorcisms are the central theme.
I found Digital Ghosts to be a really interesting twist on the trope.
