From Monkeying To Parenting: Straight From Heart Kindle Edition

4.0 out of 5 stars 5 ratings

Are you struggling with your child’s tantrums?

Do you want to know ways to engage a hyperactive child?

Do you wonder how to make your child a better and effective learner?

Are you worried for your child being bullied?

Then this book is for you.

In almost every organisation, we are given a basic induction training, to accustom us with the new roles and responsibilities.

Then how are we presumed to know about such an important role of raising the next generation?

Shouldn’t Parenting be a separate academic course or at least, a compulsory subject in our education system?

Let us understand our child and our co-partners of parenting - the Husband, the in-laws, the Teachers and the entire ecosystem that surrounds us and thus, the child.

Let us learn how to turn the parenting pains into parenting pleasures.

Because providing basic amenities to the child is not parenting.

Because Monkeying around in our daily stroll between home, job and kids is not parenting.

Because Parenting matters.

Good book with some nice tips on parenting. Very small book, can finish in one read. Liked the idea of treating every kid as a separate individual. Could connect with most of the content. Recommend it!

She wrote so much in a small book. This was my third parenting book & I found it best. She wrote in detail, how to help the child with homework. Whatever I was searching for, I could find in this.
