    I love Sebastian and Emma's love story, it's heartfelt. This third book is the perfect conclusion to Emma and Sebastian's love story. However, it was a bit more serious than the other two and touched inadept real issued lots of couples face nowadays with child bearing issues. I was so proud of Emma, her strength, perseverance, kindness, determination, and how she loves so completely and fiercely. I loved how honest, raw and caring Sebastian is in this story. The banter with Sebastian and Emma is more serious and not as fluffy as the other two books and brought tears to my eyes several times. I especially love how unconditionally Emma and Sebastian love each other, no matter what. This third book will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions and conflicts. I loved Emma and Sebastian story and it was a hard journey to get through. but they did it together with love. I voluntarily received this ARC to review and loved it.

    I loved this chance to see how Emma and Sebastian make life work as a married couple. Granny Geraldine is still as archaic and dogmatic in her opinions as ever. I swear, Emma has the patience of a saint with her, because I would have put her firmly in her place before the first wedding anniversary. Sebastian is so constant in his devotion to Emma, even at the times she doesn't see or appreciate it. I was thrilled when they were finally work their way to a happy family ending.

    I’m so happy this story was written the way it was. For the first time ever I got to read about a character experiencing endometriosis. although she didn’t know she had it until her surgery, it was refreshing to actually read about it. It was also refreshing to read about the fertility treatments and all that goes into it. As a woman who suffers from endometriosis and I’m about to get a second surgery in which my surgeon recommended getting my eggs frozen before the surgery, this book was exactly what I needed. Sure I may not currently have a perfect husband, but for the first time I fully resonated with the very real problems of a character. Thank you Kate O’Keefe for making a significant woman’s disease and the struggles of infertility the main topic of this book. The more women discuss it the more progress we can make. I will say though the recovery from endo surgery is ROUGH. I wish it was as easy of a recovery as Emma’s was but my first surgery took me a good 8 weeks before I started to feel slightly normal. I’m just so happy though that finally someone started the conversation about it in a fiction book. The more awareness, the better.

    Is not the book you think it would have been there is no spice and it is basically a book that is blah to be honest I wish this series was good but it was the same as the second book and I know nothing is fairytale and this can be reality but it was all talking and had no spice level to keep interesting and no drama that makes you keep reading. So. In my option it was worth reading and I really don’t want to read other books in this series because the last two book disappointed me but anyways as you can read in my review I would not recommend it.

    Sebastian is truly the dream husband. He is supportive and kind and romantic…. And he and Emma have a rock solid relationship regardless of a few hiccups along the way.
    I don’t know if there will be any more to their story, but I have truly loved these three books.

    We met Emma and Seb and watched them fall in love in book one, then as they got engaged and married in book two, and finally as they decide to start a family in this book! Each one can be a stand alone, but why not read them all? In each story I absolutely love how solid Emma and Seb are against outside forces and outside drama. This round it's infertility and we feel everything Emma feels. I rooted for them the whole time. Reading that this story is close to the author's heart and jer own personal story of her family made it all the much sweeter. Reading a Kate O Keeffe book, I know I'm going to laugh a lot and feel all the warm fuzzies. Highly recommend!!
