5.0 out of 5 stars 2 ratings

If everybody believes they’re safe…

Then no-one knows they’re in danger.

A nation teeters on the edge of chaos. A conspiracy grows in the shadows. And one woman must uncover the truth before it’s too late.

Investigator Grace Palmer is caught between a sidelined team and a covert military unit as hacked medical implants trigger panic and death. Her search for answers uncovers a deadly network of criminal operatives and corporate corruption—all manipulated by a hidden figure known only as Genghis.

As rebellion brews and violence erupts, Grace must navigate betrayal, assassins, and an AI-fuelled plot designed to shatter society.

Fans of Michael Crichton and Tom Clancy will love this high-stakes thriller packed with action, suspense, and a chilling vision of tech gone rogue.

Simon Stanton fell in love with stories at an early age, reading and writing science fiction. Despite the best efforts of parents and teachers to broaden his horizons, Simon remained obsessed with sci-fi. Teaching himself to touch type so he could get his thoughts on paper quicker, Simon wrote shorts stories, ideas for bigger works, and finally his first novel-length work - a piece which remains safely locked away. Then he stopped writing, and after a thirty-year hiatus (which not even he can adequately explain) he began writing again, first short stories and then his first proper novel, A Mind To Kill, published on Amazon. This book, the first in The Psiclone Series, is now followed by the second book, Force Of Mind, the third, The Psiclone Project, the fourth book, Power In Mind, and now the fifth and final novel in the Psiclone series, Final Mind.

Simon lives in West Yorkshire, UK, and balances his writing with home life, a job in project management, and his practise of Aikido (a Japanese martial art.)
