Ivy Nelson writes delicious contemporary romance with kinky sassy heroines you wish could be your best friend. Club Solitaire is her favorite fictional place to hang out in, and she spends most of her free time spinning tales set there and in spinoff clubs like Solitaire Mansion.

Ivy is an active member of the kink community and strives to write authentic kink while still meeting reader expectations. Above all else, Ivy writes characters she loves and puts them into worlds she would want to live in. That means sassy, kick-ass women, and protective partners who know when to step in and when to step back.

Ivy currently lives in Las Vegas with her husband of eight years and their son. She loves walking the Las Vegas strip with a margarita, binge watching Criminal Minds for glimpses of Shemar Moore's bare chest, and getting emails from readers. When she isn’t writing, she’s probably reading something dirty or asking her closest readers what that side-character's name was because they remember better than she does.

    5++ stars

A dom has his hands full with his best-friend's wife.  A very bratty woman.

Russell is a true sadist. And he needs a true masochist submissive. He's played with some at Solitaire but has never carried those meets to a relationship. He is not keen to relationships since his marriage didn't work out. But there is something hidden in that marriage that once was. Something that he has never told the Solitaire board members and could have something to do with the problems that they are having with an unknown group that wants to destroy Solitaire and it's board members. What a tangled web.
Meanwhile, once he gets his eyes on Gemma he wants her. But there is a catch to that where he can't follow through. Gemma has an attraction to Russel as well but she has been through a lot back in London and since arriving in the US because Matthew sent to Solitaire to be protected. Then they received word that he had died in an automobile accident. So much mystery and suspense in his last wishes.
Russell owns a high security company that he has done very well with. He started it after he got out of the military. So his background is very well suited for him. Many of Solitaire's people use his company and he dedicates his company to all the board members to make sure that their safety is ensured. The board members of solitaire are in danger by an organization that has existed for awhile and the members of it are like a cult. They have their own priorities and Holly seems to play a big roll in that. Holly and Elijah are pregnant and a high priority in Solitaire to make sure she and the baby are always safe. Someone in Redstone has other plans for her.
This book brings everything together of what's happened at Solitaire and the danger the board members have experienced. So much danger, mystery, drama, a family togetherness of love and trust, new friendships, great characters, a page turner, plus the fun that they all have that gets you laughing. Strong relationships between the Doms and their partner/Submissive. So much playing at Solitaire happening before they have to close it for safety reasons.
    Did someone say murders?
Ivy Nelson, such a great book for the conclusion to the Diamond Doms series. I can't wait for what she brings to us readers to enthrall us. Love love love Forever. Always love the Diamond Doms.

Russell and Gemma's story was a adventurous journey in and out of the bedroom. Their story intertwined with the previous books as the tale of the Diamond Dom continued and answered questions for all. I have enjoyed this series and am sad to see it end. The characters have become family and hopefully updates will be added in the future. Ivy Nelson is fantastic at writing stories that hold you interest and keep you wanting more. I'll definitely read the series again.

After all the mystery and intrigue of the prior books in the series it really all boiled down to this and Ivy does not disappoint. This is definitely one of the spicier books of the series which was lovely.

I very much enjoy getting to know the couples of this series. The plot wasn’t my favorite. It didn’t feel quite fleshed out enough. And the plot in the middle of the series does drag.

However saving Russel to the end was genius. And I very much enjoyed wrapping the series up with Gemma and Russel.

The final book in the diamond doms series was great. It tied up some of the loose storylines that had popped up during the series and i must say the scenes between Russell and Gemma were smoking hot. I look forward to what ivy will come up with next.

This series all 9 books, has kept me sweating and breathing heavy emotionally, sensually and through dramatic events. Superbly written.

Ivy Nelson's Diamonds of Club Solitaire nine-volume series had a serious start with a great story, terrific characters, impactful sex scenes, and twists and turns in the story line. As the series wore in, however, the story lagged, the sex became repetitive, and the new characters were easy to anticipate. The final scene, which should have pulled the entire nine volumes together, was a complete failure; you heard it through the words of two tech nerds rather than as it actually happened. Too bad because it could have made for a very effective ending for this series. Finally, the spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors were overwhelming and seriously interrupted one's ability to truly enjoy the series.

Forever by Ivy Nelson is book nine of the Diamond Doms series. I didn’t read any of the other books in this series before jumping into this one. I don’t feel like I lost any of the story but if you want to meet all of the characters, you should start at the beginning. I will definitely be going back and reading the rest of the series.

Russell has to keep Holly and Gemma safe. That’s his only priority. Gemma sure doesn’t make that an easy task. There are people after Club Solitaire and part of Russell’s past May hold the key. Russell didn’t expect to feel anything for Gemma but once he sees her, there is instant attraction. Both Gemma and Russell have some baggage that gets in their way. Russell doesn’t really do relationships and Gemma’s been through a lot recently but maybe they can act on this attraction. The attraction between Russell and Gemma is just the beginning of what his book covers. There is so much mystery, danger and intrigue you can’t wait to find out what happens.

This was a good read, even coming into the series at the end. I did, however, feel like there there was a lot of Holly’s storyline in this book even though it was more Russell and Gemma’s book but otherwise it was a good read and the characters were great!

This story is the finali to an excellent series of mystery, BDSM adventure, murder, theft, kidnapping, and spying. There is a cult of exes and crazy diamond worshipping families with so many intermixed stories. I must admit this Dom was one of my favourite because he is clearly different from some of the less sadistic Doms... I think It ended pretty well... on one hand I do want more but to be honest I don't want their stories to drag on and on with updates so if they must have additional updates perhaps you could interlink a new series and have the various Diamond Doms and their ladies appear... like at the club in London where at least 4 or more of the Doms already could easily appear. I enjoyed this entire series, but toward the end the stories did kinda become very intertwined, meaning they weren't really standalone because the couples had soo much unresolved... this story finishes much of all the stories... the Washington DC parts are about another series that links to this series... I enjoyed that aspect... hopefully there will be another different series...

Read all nine books of this story. 🌶🌶🌶😂. Each has gotten hotter as the stories have gone on, still in awe with the BDSM entries🤔🤔🤔🤔. Lots of love in the main but with one hitch of a bitch sub. Looking out for more of Ivy Nelson books.
