    In a time where the beginning chapters of this book could happen, it makes this story a bit more realistic to me. A pawn turns into the one person who could ever heal Gunner's heart and soul. Shelby has lost everyone that she ever cared about. Only one man can now make her feel peace and a place of belonging.

    A book that shows what PTSD can be like. It will touch your heart to "watch" two soldiers heal and fall in love.

    Gunner’s Flame by Lynn Burke is the second book in the Devil’s Outlaws MC series. I have not read the first one, but I was not lost in this story at all. I loved this one. This story has passion, action, and whole lot of loving that kept me turning the pages.
    Mitch”Gunner” rules the Devil’s Outlaws. He is a former Navy Seal. What I really loved about him is his activism for Vets. He is nothing like any biker I have ever read about. I loved that. He is strong, kind, and brave. He is a leader you really respect and follow.
    Shelby her mom has died recently. Her cousin is terrorizing her. She has PTSD. She is so brave, kind, and badass. She is the perfect complement to Gunner.
    This book is written in dual POV. I liked that really got to sink into what each character was thinking and feeling. I personally want more from this series. Ms. Burke has me hooked on her Outlaws and the people they love. Bring on the bikers!

    I just loved Gunner's book it is the second book in the series and is another fantastic read. I just loved him and Shelby they were so great together and they had fantastic chemistry. I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it.
