Amanda Ronconi is an actress and narrator who divides her time between New York City and upstate New York. She has a BFA from NYU, where she studied at the Stella Adler Conservatory. Her Off-Broadway solo comedy, Shirley at the Tropicana, received critical acclaim and was subsequently featured in the New York Times. Film and TV credits include Daydream Believer (Slamdance 2001's Best Dramatic Feature winner), The Understudy, Deadly Sins (ID Discovery), and IFC's Get Hit and Chasing Paradise.     * Solving a murder mystery with the murdered victim (as a ghost) was pretty inventive. 

    * Flapjack is somehow lovable. Totally enjoyed seeing Gwen and the other ghost as well.

    🌟 Overall, I really enjoyed this book. This is the first cozy mystery to make me tear up at the end, but it's bittersweet. Loved the mystery and all of the red herrings. Also, it was great to see Blair's relationship grow with the spa agent.  The only downside is I have to wait until next year for the next book! Oh well, hopefully time will fly by.

    I'm loving this series. The characters are fun & the storylines keeps me wanting more. I also love that this series takes in the characters from other books in the Beechwood Inn mysteries. It's like spending time with old friends. I would recommend that you read the Beechwood Magic series first & the Beechwood Ghost second. You won't be disappointed.
