    This had a very good plot and the characters evolved throughout the story. The writing was superb it made you feel good and it had a happy ending, which was nice.

    Normally, the single parent trope leaves a lot to be desired with the children. This one did not. I loved the Luna was included throughout the book while getting to know Amelia. While I did love the relationship between Amelia and Elliot, I hated how Amelia had to give up her dream to stay with Elliot. Honestly, they should have worked something else out.

    Amelia was a nanny for Elliot’s daughter. Amelia came to stay with her best friend in a small town after a break up with her boyfriend. She was taking culinary classes. In order to pay for culinary school. She was a nanny to Luna which is Elliot’s daughter. The two of them started a relationship. When she finds out she’s pregnant, their relationship is threatened. While Amelia has a huge decision to make after graduating from culinary school, Elliot is trying to come to terms with his feelings for Amelia.

    This was the first book I've read by this author and it was good. I enjoyed the story and the character development. The pace was good and the situations felt relatable. A bit of a disconnect for me because of some speech patterns and slang terms used throughout the book. The book takes place in America, but it doesn't feel American aside from the fact it's set in California. Not a bad thing, but distracting from the flow of the story. There were a few errors such as incorrect names, but overall it was well edited which I very much appreciate. I recommend this book.

    Absolutely a great book. It was a steamy page turner and the suspense was intense. I was on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t even put it down. It was addicted. Elliot Sinclair was billionaire and single father of a little girl named Emma . So when he meet Amelia he knew that she was the one who will change his world forever. The physical chemistry was sexual tension between them and the temptation was so strong it was so hard to fight these feelings. Amelia was falling in love with him and his daughter as days go bye. That they both say that they wanted to build something together.
    I definitely recommend this book and you won’t be disappointed. I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion. Trina Jones

    To go from criticizing the chef to falling in love. Elliott being a single dad to a vivacious daughter who falls in love with her nanny Amelia. Amelia brought so much life back into Elliott and Luna’s life. I’m glad they were able to love past the issues Elliott carried from Luna’s mom. She was a piece of work.

    I was drawn in from the beginning. I wasn't sure how the story would unfold but it was pretty realistic, meaning I could see it happening. At least in this scenario, he's not cheating on anyone to be with his nanny.

    Brandy has a real talent in creating realistic characters, that make the reader care about what is happening. I wanted them to get and stay together. Will they figure this thing going on between them out or will they let last relationships or current misconceptions ruin what could be really wonderful?

    I will definitely keep reading Brandy's work!
