About the author

I used to be a jillaroo in the Australian outback! Now, a few decades later, I am a mum to three very active boys, including twins! My life revolves around being pitchside, watching my boys play football, taking them swimming, and enjoying special moments reading run and interesting books.
During lockdown, I decided to write a story for my boys after one of my sons said to me, “Mum, guess what I’ve just seen?” That sparked my imagination!
I was fortunate to find a fantastic illustrator, Francesca Watt, who brings my story to life!
I hope you enjoy reading my book to your little ones!
