    Another quick, happy installment in the Mountain series of short stories. In Book 2, I didn’t really get the FMC. This time around I liked both of the main characters. Yay! I mean as much as you can in 60-something pages. If there was one scene I wish was a paragraph longer, it would be with the former BFF. I feel like she still got off too easy.

    I haven't read the books before this year. But if they are anything like this I will surely be sucked in. Even with such a quick read, everything flowed wonderfully. I look forward to another love story from the mountain men.

    This short novella was exactly what I needed—a quick, steamy escape that still managed to deliver a satisfying dose of plot and emotion. I'm finding myself completely hooked on this series; each installment just draws me in more and more.

    The story is light and fun, yet surprisingly heartfelt, with enough character development and narrative depth to keep it engaging from beginning to end. What really stood out to me was the meet-cute between Ben and Lilly—it was absolutely hilarious and had me smiling right away. Their instant connection felt natural and electric, making their chemistry one of the strongest elements of the story.

    Even though it’s an instalove romance, it didn’t feel rushed or forced. Instead, the emotions and attraction between the characters felt genuine and compelling. The supporting cast was equally charming, adding richness to the world and making me eager to pick up the next novella in the series.

    If you're looking for a quick, feel-good romance with steam, sweetness, and a dash of humor, this one hits all the right notes. Perfect for a cozy afternoon or a break from heavier reads

    The book I’m reviewing today is titled, His Mountain, His Trouble which is the third installment of the Blackwater Peaks: Rescued Hearts book series written by A.K. Sarai. Lily and Ben were so sweet together and their steamy scenes were spicy! They both had a lot of cute banter definitely in there happily ever after. The plot and the main characters were nicely done for this short story.

    This was such a sweet insta love story with an adorably funny meet-cute! This will only take you about an hour or a bit longer to read so a nice quick read before bed.
    Lily and Ben were so dreamy together and their spicy scenes were hot! They both had a lot of adorable witty banter especially their HEA.
    The plot, characters and all the development for both were nicely done for a novella. Short, sweet and to the HEA.
    Thanks to the author for providing a free copy of this book. This is my honest review.

    This book was short and sweet! Each moment counts because the book is only 61 pages but I liked the storyline. Also, as a forever “happily ever after girlie” this is the kind of story for me! Go check it out, and if you like it, there are two other books in the series and another one on the way! 😊

    What an awesomely cute, hilarious and sexy short instalove read!!! First of all Lily and Benn are adorable together…he’s a hotty cinnamon-roll Mountain man chef…she comes off like a hot mess…but isn’t really…it’s a great story that shows her strength…and his supportive nature…she gets to discover a little kink she didn’t know she had🤭😳🤗🥰 . The baddies get their due of course and these two get their HEA …with some laughs and a lot of (really) sexy times later😍😍😍

    The writing is top notch - it was so easy to become invested in these character from the very start and the world around them was so detailed for such a quick read. Plenty of humor and managed to touch on some serious stuff with minimal angst (plus no miscommunication between the main characters). Just a short, sweet, and steamy insta love story!
