I love this book and would love to read more about Conner and Hadley!!! Maybe there will be an After Hadley?!!!
For a short story, it was eh
Wow, 20 chapters plus two brief epilogues toward the end, I say it didn’t blow my mind so to speak from a reader’s point of view. Also, this is the third digital book that I got and was still unfamiliar with J Nathan. Strangely I liked and swooned over Connor even though half the time he was a thief because of his aging father. I didn’t like Hadley very much despite of her description of being fiesty but well guarded when it came to players?!? For a story with only 20 chapters that included two point of view epilogue from Connor and Hadley, I thought it was eh. I didn’t have that zing of excitement like I had with Something About You.
Great
One of those books you can't put down till you've finished. Really hope for a sequel!
