Hugo & Madeline (The Hugo Duchamp Prequel Trilogy Book 3) Kindle Edition

4.5 out of 5 stars 5 ratings

Below the snow-capped mountains of Switzerland, Madeline Duchamp, Parisian grand dame, contemplates her future in a plush state-of-the-art clinic. However, beneath the glamorous exterior rages a war, political, personal and deadly and Madeline and her friends find themselves caught up in a dangerous game of cat and mouse.

Leaving the relative safety of Paris for the first time, seventeen-year-old Hugo Duchamp travels to be with his grandmother, the realisation of what his future without her might look like slowly dawning on him. Upon his arrival, he finds matters much worse than he could have imagined, and he realises ill health is not the greatest foe his grandmother is facing.

The conclusion to the Hugo Duchamp prequel trilogy ends the saga with a dramatic bow, leading Hugo on a journey he must walk alone.

GN Hetherington is a genius. He is “simply the best!” Every book he writes is unputdownable and a real page turner. I cannot stop reading. I know and love every character. I finish one book and can’t wait for the next one.
