    This would have been a 5 ⭐️ rating had it been a full length novel. This could have been such a great story, but because it was a novella, too much was omitted. Like I wanted to know how Hawk found and tortured Franklin, etc. Looking forward to starting this new series.

    When Hawk is given a job by Sky’s stepfather he believed everything he was told that Sky was dangerous and should be ended on sight. This man was not the man he’d been warned about Sky wasn’t the person his stepfather said he was and Hawk had a decision to make .My first book by Reese Knightly I was going to start Broken and saw this so thought I’d start here .
