Heels For The Holidays (Switchblade Romance) Kindle Edition
I hungrily accepted his lips, carelessly pushing aside the connotations of my boss kissing me with the passion of a lover.
Set in the Going Down and Switchblade Romance universe, this sizzling teaser for the series gives Tino the chance to kiss and tell on his ferocious boss. After accepting the position as Richard’s PA, it isn’t long before Tino learns how to bring his difficult boss to his knees, using a cocktail of high heels and a No Fucks Given attitude.
At first, their professional relationship includes no-commitment sex on the side, but life has a way of complicating things. In the run-up to the office Christmas Party, all it will take is champagne and a glimpse of stocking before lust ignites, lighting up the Manhattan skyline.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 10, 2024I am a big fan of the Switchblade Romance series and world. I have read all three books, and this one just adds more detail and steamy development of the relationship between Richard and Tino.
Tino has been my favorite character in the three (now 4) books. I enjoy his sense of humor, the way he handles Richard and keeps him in line, his vulnerability, but also his immense strength of character throughout.
I do like Richard also, most of the time, although he is usually an arrogant s.o.b. He also has his own vulnerabilities, but is much less likely to lose his mostly iron control (except about Tino), for fear of showing or admitting weakness.
This book has much more depth on the early relationship between the two, told in first person from both points of view, just adding to the richness of the series. Love Richard’s obsession with Tino’s heels, and Tino’s confidence to dress and act true to himself.
A welcome and enjoyable addition to the series and the first book, Going Down.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

If you want a novella that brings the heat, a lot of heat look no further because this is it. I am unfamiliar with the Going Down and Switchblade Romance series but if this teaser is an example of what I am missing then I will need to rectify that.
This book introduced me to Tino Santini and his boss Richard Mason, an ex-mobster now the CEO of Wolfen Enterprises. Tino is a marketing executive until he and Richard find themselves stuck in an elevator and to pass the time, they enjoy each other’s company, really enjoy. Worrying that on Monday Tino would find himself fired, instead he found himself promoted to Richard’s PA.
Richard doesn’t hesitate to spend huge amounts of money on men who will satisfy his sexual appetite. He is a man who wants what he wants and is willing to pay for it if he must. He finds himself enjoying some extra perks with his new PA and Tino is more than willing to participate. Richard can be a scary man, but Tino gives as good as he gets.
Tino enjoys make-up and high heeled shoes, and Richard enjoys seeing him in them. The two men are able to find a comfortable way of being together and I have no doubt that anyone who has been reading this series knows what happens between them, in the event you are not familiar with the series I will not reveal anything more.
The author refers to this book as a sizzling teaser to the series and I totally agree with the sizzling part.
Tino and Richard seem to be made for each other but that doesn’t mean that there is a relationship in their future. Cross-dressing and sex, sex, did I mention sex are the focus of this book and if you can imagine it, then it is all offered up for your enjoyment.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2023Another absolutely delicious story by Lady Jaguar, Heels for the Holidays is a relatively self-contained story but comes in parts scattered between the books (yes, this sounds complicated, but it's not). The story itself centres on Richard and Tino and shows us glimpses of their relationship, from Going Down and onwards. And they are no ordinary glimpses. They are smoking hot, dark, and ravenous glimpses. Like the Kindle-melting kind. Absolutely brilliant! And with the light Christmas theme, this is perfect for the holidays!
For anyone with love for M/M and dark romance, this is one for you. I cannot recommend this series enough!!

But here's why...
I loved every minute of this short view into the life of these two. I really love the banter between chapters 😉 I look forward to the next book by Jayne. ❤️

5.0 out of 5 stars Super sexy winter-warmer!
This super sexy winter-warmer plays out over two Christmas holidays and features my two favourite characters by this author, Tino and Richard. Tino is a small gay man with lots of charm, sass and glamour but mostly, he has a very big heart with lots of love for pansexual Richard, the sometimes downright insanely acting CEO with a criminal past. Richard is a tough nut to crack but Tino has brought him down to his knees and married him.
In the first part of the book, the two aren’t married yet and still in the early stages of their acquaintance and relationship. In the second part, they celebrate their first Christmas together as a married couple. I won’t go into many details as not to spoil anything but some things need to be mentioned.
The heels: Tino totally aces high heels and Richard goes insane with lust and desire when he sees Tino strut and dance in them. The Lamborghini: Richard’s toy and Tino’s death trap. The pole: Tino is the sexiest pole dancer Richard has ever seen.
The banter: The banter between these two loveable characters has made me scream with laughter so often, tears running down my cheeks and hiccups wrecking my body. Not just in this or other books featuring them but also on the author’s Instagram posts. If you follow her for a while already, you know what I’m talking about.
The Boudoir: A photographer and a Christmas surprise. SIZZLING hot! We’re talking volcanic eruption here! The love scenes: Off the charts tender, wild, loving, steamy, you name it, it’s in there. If you blush easily, do not read this book in public! You might also want to fan yourself repeatedly. Unless you read it outside in the cold, then the snow might just melt around you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Restored my faith in holiday romance
I'd been on a bit of a failed Christmas binge-read until I discovered this beauty. I would give it more than five stars just for the spice level. I absolutely loved these characters and would recommend this fabulous book containing short stories for any MM lover. I haven't read the main novels, and you don't have to in order to enjoy this, but I now want to because I loved them.

5.0 out of 5 stars 😍 just Aww 🥰
Written from Tino’s or Richard’s POV, this sweet short story fills in some gaps in the Switchblade series. Hearing the MCs thoughts, insecurities and desires added to the intensity of the story, as the rest of the series is written in third person. An absolute must for all fans 😍

1.0 out of 5 stars needs better proof-reading; funny in moments, yet also sad.
I confess that this tale did not grab me in the opening pages. Then there was a sad spelling error: "an 'area" by Maria Callas". I don't know a lot about Callas, aside from her amazing operatic voice; she might have been a large woman, but I think she sang "arias"! In any case, this story was not for me, though others might appreciate the plot more than I did, and overlook the obvious spelling error.
