From the USA Today bestselling author of Island Affair comes the story of three dazzling sisters brimming with talent, ambition—and passion—in a warm-hearted, sexy new series filled with Latinx culture, family drama, and women pursuing their dreams against all odds.  Fans of The Worst Best Man by Mia Sosa, Well Met by Jen DeLuca, and You Had Me At Hola by Alexis Daria.

Rosa Fernandez doesn’t act on impulse—she’s the responsible one, planning her career with precision, finally landing a job as the librarian at conservative Queen of Peace Academy, confining her strongest emotions to her secret poetry journal. But she’s been harboring a secret crush on dreamy Jeremy Taylor, and after one dance with him at her sister’s wedding, Rosa longs to let loose for the first time. She deserves some fun, after all. So what if she doesn’t have a shot with Jeremy, not with his wealthy pedigree and high profile lifestyle. But one dance leads to one kiss, and soon Rosa is head-over-heels . . .

The adopted son of a prominent Chicago lawyer, Jeremy has a lot to live up to—especially with his birth father in prison—the perfect example of a bad example. With a big promotion and a move to Japan in the works, Jeremy is worlds away from settling down. But sweet, steady Rosa is a temptation he doesn’t want to deny himself, at least for now. Yet when their simple fling turns complicated, everything they’ve both worked for is threatened—except the red-hot intimacy they’ve found together. Can forever really grow from just-for-now?

Rosa’s story was incredible and fantastic! I could not put the book down.

I love Priscilla Oliveras’ sweetly sensual romance novels filled with love of familia and Puertorrican culture. Oliveras’ love stories will make you laugh and cry! I love the Hispanic flare of phrases, food, culture and love of familia. In Rosa’s story, HER PERFECT AFFAIR, we can see clearly the difference in the Fernandez sisters. Yazmine (the oldest and heroine of book 1, HIS PERFECT PARTNER) is very sure of herself and her goals; Rosa, on the other hand, is very conservative and making sure the familia is taken care of and everyone is happy. Her reserved personality of always doing the right thing is challenged and for the first time she leaves out her inhibitions and takes a plunge for love. I was just so emotional, anxious and totally immersed in Rosa and Jeremy’s story! A MUST read novel to follow the Fernandez sisters’ saga! I can’t wait to read about Lili’s story and find out how the familia is doing!!! Highly recommend the MATCHED TO PERFECTION series; you will absolutely LOVE IT!!!

This book centers on the middle sister, Rosa and revolves around her unresolved crush for Jeremy Taylor, a close family friend. Little does she know, Jeremy pines for her also. This intense attraction leads to a moment of abandon, resulting in unintended consequences that force both of them to examine what they truly want out of a romantic relationship. Here, the backdrop of the family’s Catholicism plays an important role in augmenting the tension and stakes of the relationship. Much of the conflict is internal, with one obvious and enormous external conflict that nearly eclipses every other one. Neither Rosa nor Jeremy are quite sure of the other’s true intentions or feelings.

Excellent installment, it was my least favorite of the three. I felt the conflict went on a bit too long and communication would have resolved it. But it is enchanting and well worth investing the time in reading.

A very pleasant way to spend an afternoon with people you hate to part from. While normally I’m not a fan of one night stand baby makes three tropes, this one works because the author established the existence of an affectionate and friendly relationship predating the one night event.

I love this author's voice. She brings Latinx characters to life with a wonderful blend of Spanish language and Latinx culture, but weaves it into who the characters are, as backstory and a backdrop for the sweet wonderful connections built between the characters. The Fernandez familia has me rooting for them every step of the way!

Rosa and Jeremy are a perfect pair. Quiet and shy Rosa finally has her dream job and decided to take a chance and act on her long time crush for Jeremy. One night leads to a big change for them both. How they find their way to happiness with family, work and each other is a great story

Oliveras’ sophomore novel did not disappoint! Rosa and Jeremy’s sweet romance and the every day life issues they confront together and as individuals proved to be believable and moving. Once again, I enjoyed the touches of Latinx culture and look forward to hopefully many more Oliveras originals. Can’t wait for Lili’s story!

Based on the previous book's descriptions of Rosa and Jeremy, I did not think these two charactera would work as a couple. However, by the of the second chapter, Ms. Oliveras changed my miind abput Rosa and Jerrmy, convincing me they were a "perfect match". A great read.

The dude is a boring dud. The lady is dull as well. There's no chemistry and way too much cookie cutter dialogue with no depth.

I put it down and tried to read it again months later. Lordy. This is slow paced, waaay too PG rated and just boring. Rosa is annoying and unrealistic. She’s more prudish than a 18th century virgin in any historical romance. And it’s annoying that an adult woman, pregnant with her friend’s baby, cannot even manage to have a simple, honest conversation about it. Jeremy was too kind and patient for her.

This second book the series works as a stand-alone, but is better if you have read the first. I enjoyed Rosa and Jeremy’s story. I really enjoyed the Puerto Rican elements, and how the concept of “family first” played out for both Rosa and Jeremy. Tia Delores was wonderful, as so often in the book, family comes through for these two as they try to figure out their way through the muddle the got themselves in. My criticism: boy if ever a couple needed to talk this was the case. They are both so private and reserved that I am not sure they can ever open up. Nevertheless, they both clearly care about one another. I am hoping for the best!

£5 for no sex scenes, no thanks. I kept reading expecting it to get better, it didn't. It wouldn't annoy me if it was labelled as a clean romance but it wasn't. But whatever rocks your boat.
